Indian breakfast was good. But needs more improvement to enhance better taste of the country. Hotel location is perfect in all respects. Staff is very cooperative and polite .

Overpriced food (breakfast $25.00person). Alcohol including cocktails were very expensive bali $15AUD for a cocktail and $15AUD for a single shot of bacardi at their restaurant Envy.

Loved the pool, location, beach access, room, staff. Would stay there again if an all inclusive package was offered.

Service not good, tried calling reception several times and no one answered. Room key didn’t work and no one came so after 30mins of waiting had to walk back to reception. Safe don’t work.

WE requested to change rooms as the first one we had been given was quite a 'tired' looking and dated room, maybe suitable for airline staff on stopovers, but not as an introduction to a holiday in Bali. The windows overlooked the back of the hotel and gym. Our second room was much nicer with a more pleasant outlook.

The welcome and Reception staff were excellent, and our bags were taken to our room very promptly. Room service and maintenance were also very prompt and efficient. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant food was very nice and we enjoyed drinks at the bar. The gardens and pool were lovely.

Only one small elevator in the huge Hotel Excellent breakfast with very good selection Lunch and dinner NOT recommended. Poor Rystafel.

The envy restaurant, there was some flaw in their food making and serving system. We went there twice, both times the food was not uppto the mark, The harissa chicken was bone dry. The half of pizza was all crust and burnt. There was only lip service and dint go beyond thathat to make amends

The staff was very helpful and prompt in their services. We're very pleasent at all times. In fact I had developed an allergy, the front office sent hotel transport to pharmacy immediately. The front office staff lita and lima were very helpful. Housekeeping staff was excellent. So was the staff at breakfast coffee shop. Breakfast was good, served with love

This is a great hotel situated close to the airport which is convenient if you have a late flight into Bali or need a day or two before you leave. The staff are friendly and helpful the rooms a very well appointed and clean, the pool is very family friendly. It is a beachfront property but the beach is not a private beach. It was not made clear in the profile or in the questions I asked after booking.

Property is a good size but clean and well maintained. The staff is super responsive and courteous. Food was good and well presented.

The playroom could have been better. Would like to to see more activities like video games, and some other games for adults.

We stayed in Villa. It was a 4 bedroom unit. It was very clean and big. We loved it. The air conditioning could have been better. The breakfast was great. The resort pool and restaurants were great. We will come back soon.

The only downside of our stay was the renovation of the pool, which we weren't informed about in advance. So we could only enjoy the pool for the few hours before our flight. It'd be great if we got an email informing us about the renovation.

We'd like to say thank you to all the staff who made our stay special. We felt taken care of and welcomed. We'd like to mention the front desk manager Airies who listened to our feedback and took care of us on our last day. He made sure we were comfortable before our late flight and provided us with a late checkout. And also made our last lunch complimentary, which was a very nice gesture. We'd also like to mention the staff in the evening shift at the Envy restaurant. Especially the only waitress that's working there. She always took care of us and was very sweet and friendly.
