The room was smallish by Kuta resort standards, but did have a nice outdoor patio. Unfortunately our aircon was set to super cold and we couldn't work out how to fix it - however when we mentioned it the resort offered to fix it straight away (as we were leaving that day we didn't worry). If you are staying more than a couple of nights I wouldn't opt for half board as the menu is the same regardless of restaurant choice.

This was a great place for our family to stay overnight before we flew out on a very late flight - the free airport transfers were very handy and quite close. The pool and resort grounds are beautiful, with a nice kids pool and playground for our toddler. Tons of deckchairs, daybeds. The staff were very lovely, and accommodating for our toddler daughter (kids cutlery, a kids buffet at breakfast and lots of attention paid generally). We opted for half board (breakfast and dinner) and this was a great affordable option for us as we couldn't be bothered leaving the resort! Meal choice was the same at both restaurants on this package but it was fairly extensive so was enough for a couple of meals.

Our room floor was dirty, the pool bar needs some upgrade

Location is close to the airport and the beach, the breakfast was good. The coffee and gelato station was amazing staff, member was very friendly

Everything in the hotel room was clean and the bathroom worked well. Still… The shower was tricky to turn off. You had to find the “sweet point” on the dial. The tiled floor was dirty. When you came out of the shower and walked around, your feet became dirty very quickly. I do understand it is difficult to keep tile floors clean. The staff brought us some more floor towels, so we could tread on these and wipe our feet on them before we got into bed.

Immediate transfer from airport. Courteous and friendly staff. Attractive pool and garden area. The men cooking at the egg station make a great omelette.

Surrounding area wasn't the best but it is what it is across the whole of Bali and thats acceptable.

The beds were a bit too soft, other than that nothing major.

Nice resort with lots of facilities and activities for kids. Plenty of dining options available in-house with good menu selection at very reasonable prices and the staff is super nice and helpful. Within 5 minutes to the airport, ideal for families with younger kids.

Food was expensive for families, not enough variety for food option as same menu for room service, pool bar and restaurant, bathrooms bit small and tv not central on wall to bed, limited variety for treatments at spa. People saving cabanas needs to be more closely monitored

Rooms were clean and tidy. Swimming pool was great. Breakfast & dinner was excellent. We had variety of choices (being a vegetarian) and staffs were so cooperative.

Quite a small pool for the size of the hotel and very noisy while we were there. Loud music playing old cover songs all the time. Loud music in the restaurants at night too. One of the restaurants (the one that hosted the breakfast buffet) had a horrible smell of moth balls mixed with cooking smells, could not bear to spend any time in there. Kids club staff do not interact with kids at all so if yours happens to be the only child they won't last long in there. Lots of staff but they are really slow and it takes literally ages to get meals or a drink. Very hot to sit in restaurants, not enough fans that actually make a difference.

I thought the food and alcohol pricesw ere a little much compared to other hotels that we stayed in. However we put it down to being the Holiday Inn.

The hotel was very good overall. The swimming pool was great and the swim up bar was great. The facilities within the hotel were very good also and we used the gym a few times. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Some signs of renovation needed in the rooms, eg shower surrounds with old silicon, worn wooden edges etc, but nothing major. At first I thought it was a little over-priced but when you factor in the excellent breakfast and dinner in our package, it's really okay. The beach is polluted but that's a common problem everywhere.

Helpful staff, clean rooms and clean around the whole property, food is very good. Suite room was very big, amazing bathroom area. Nice gardens. We enjoyed being on the edge of Kuta, can walk or easy taxi ride on bike or in car, but some may prefer being closer or in Kuta. Recommended.

Rooms were fabulous - spacious, clean and modern. We had the garden access room which I would recommend. The hotel grounds seem quite spacious which I liked. Restaurant was lovely by the beachfront and exceptional value as dinner was included in our room rate (recommended this). Kids club was nice but quiet so kids didn’t stay too long but liked it for around 90 mins or so. I would return!
