The property is somehow not conveniently located if you wanna walk with young kids to eat or to buy groceries. It also not a walking distance to Beach (unless you wanna walk for at least 25 minutes in a hot weather). Although it doesn't bothered us much as you can order anything through grab or can catch a taxi to go to better beach nearby.

We reached an hour earlier then our requested check in-time (we requested to get early check-in at 12 pm as our flight was in morning). The lovely lady who manages the property came early to let us in. She is very helpful and she made sure that we get all the information we needed to start our Bali tour. The property itself was clean and comfortable. not far from market and restaurants, easy access to taxi. overall we have enjoyed staying there for 10 days.

We couldn't get one of the bedroom TVs to work and the shower was hard to get warm but we really enjoyed our stay. Was a little tricky location wise with the kids but we just got grab taxis to the Villa to avoid walking on the narrow busy roads

The facilities were 5 stars. Everything we needed and more was provided. It was our first time in Bali, the caretaker Nyorman and her husband are very welcoming, she is a beautiful hard working lady, I would like to revisit just to see her 😍😘💕💕 My best tips for staying in the Villa is use the gojek app if you would like to order in, and also the same app for go drive service as It cost only $2.80 aus for 25 minute drive. Also, the best place to stock up the fridge is Bintang Shopping Market..👌👌👌 You will love it 🩷

We had a really great time at the villa, we enjoyed the comfort, quiet, cleanliness and great customer service- very polite and friendly staff Nyoman who came each day to clean the rooms and check if we needed something. The villa is spacious and was amazing for our family of 3 with a 3 year old sleeping in a separate room and we definitely loved 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The swimming pool had been cleaned every second day and we loved it has a wide step for a little one to jump and splash on. The villa is located about 10 min drive from Seminyak Square and we loved the fact it’s not centrally located so we really enjoyed peace and quiet. We were very happy with how we were treated before our stay and along the way. It felt like the staff really cared about us: they provided the step stool for our daughter and she was gifted a kids cutlery and plate set from IKEA, they also allowed us to late check-out so we had a relaxing day and didn’t feel the need to rush. Overall, such a great experience, thank you so much!

Location was perfect, we hired scooters so it was easy to get around. Quiet location, perfect for our family. The pool was a hit for our children. Our host Nyoman went above and beyond. We were very satisfied with the cleaning provided by Nyoman. She was punctual , professional, meticulous and very thorough. Very impressed with Nyoman and the service she provided more than met our expectations.

The shower pressure was really bad. The location isn’t ideal for anyone with families as it involves walking along some very narrow roads. It’s about 1.5 km to the main part of Legian and it can be hard to get transport if the weather is bad.

some mould near both bathrooms has caused the paint to blister. we were charged for extra water- small amount and just ridiculous. the cleaner didn’t turn up one day and they tried to get us to check out early because they had agreed with the next guests they could check in early! the location isn’t great- beach is 25 minute walk

The Villa was immaculate and photos just didn't show how spacious it really is - gorgeous high ceilings and furnishings. Quiet road great for families but super close to the hustle and bustle if you want it. A special thanks to our Villa host Nyoman who went out of her way to make sure our stay was so comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Beautifully stunning villa with everything you need, tucked away from the busyness of Bali but close enough to get to where you need by bike. The photos don't do it justice, it is beautifully designed and spacious. Plenty of room for two couples or a small family. The housekeeper was so wonderful and accommodating. We will definitely stay again. I do recommend hiring a bike as we struggled to get taxis from time to time. You can get anywhere really easily with a bike!

The floor plan of this Villa was ideal for us (2 families staying together). We had 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and also their own access to the garden, pool area. Our deep swimming Pool was fabulous but we also enjoyed the outdoor shower set in the tropical gardens of the Villa - so peaceful and tranquil. We had everything we needed and more. Beds were soft & so comfy, free wifi and secure private parking too. Our location was very central to shops, resturants and beaches - all within short walking distance. Staff were friendly and so eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The water, when warm (never got hot), had absolutely zero water pressure. The couch is broken and collapses at the front, making it impossible to sit on, which was one of the features we were most requiring. The general condition of the property is showing signs of wear.

The pool and the layout were fantastic. The air-conditioning worked very well and the bathrooms were very large.

There is a horrible sewerage odour that comes from the bathroom in the second bedroom. Had to make sure bathroom door was always closed. The smell wasn’t there all the time, just through different periods of the day.
