Bed clothes are not adequate. Hot water not working properly.

The homestay is close to Bromo which was the reason for our visit. Staff are helpful. Room was clean . Food in the restaurant is good.

Temperature could drop pretty low at night while only one blanket provided.......the beddings were highly possibly used by previous guest and just made to seem decent enough for next run...in a word it's good consider the fair price

A short stay for us, but perfect for our visit at Bromo! The homestay arranged transportation for us from/to Probolinggo station and motorbikes in the early morning to reach the foot of King Kong Hill. We then came back for a nice shower before check out and enjoyed their food too!

At times there wasnt any water or electricity. Wifi is sometimes working, sometimes not.

Host is extremely kind and helpful. He helped us with anything we needed (trip to Bromo, organized private trip to Madakaripura waterfalls and ride back to Probolinggo). They also serve food at the location.

Water for shower is not hot enough for the cold weather in Bromo. Should provide better water heater.

-Chemical paint smell from the freshly painted bathroom :/ -You always want hotter water in Indonesia but it is just whole country problem Be aware of night temperatures! It will be around +15 in most of the hotels on the volcano (the outside temperature is +10)

+The view from our room was outstanding, on the emerald hills and the valley. +It was a lot of light from two windows, we also had a balcony. I did not like the bathroom because when you use the tap water it pours directly in the bathroom. The bathroom has been wet then for the two days. When you shower the bathroom is all wet too.. We had to keep our flipflops for the bathroom

Staffs are really nice and kindly. We felt welcomed and they also help us to organise our visit to bromo. Everything was fine. we’d loved the relaxing of landscapes away from the crowed city. The room was clean. recommended.

Yesterday night we stayed in homestay Lereng. First of all the appartment was very clean and the bed and blankets where fresh washed. After a request they fixed everything for our trip to bromo for a good price (a private jeep that brought us to the viewing point and crater). Also the homestay arranged a taxi service that picked us up at Probolingo Station. We had a very nice driver named Hamka. If your lucky he will drive you as well:). I would definetly reccomend this stay if you want to visit bromo. It all went very smooth.

Given the cheap price, I don't think there's really anything that didn't meet our expectations. Of course, the room isn't very large, but I don't think you should expect spacious rooms when you stay at a homestay.

It's great value for the price! The room was clean, had it's own private bathroom (with hot water), it's fairly close to the entrance to Bromo, and you can also order food at the homestay and eat it downstairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Quite far from Mount Bromo. Walking to Seruni Point would take 3+ hours. Stay closer to the mountain itself if you want to walk the whole thing. The host arranged moterbike transport to Seruni Point for us after we found out for only 50k IDR per person which was very kind.
