Everything was good

Loved everything, the room was so nice and cold, the pool wasn’t as big in the photos and there was no swim up bar but apart from this it was spot on!

The hotel felt full, a lot of locals stayed there also. ( weekend perhaps), therefore it was a bit noisy. At night people kept walking back and forth down the hallway, this made my night sleep kinda bad. Also I could hear the neighbor talk in the next door room. So noisy overall. This was a huge turn off for me. Swimming Pool/ gym was small, I did not swim nor did I use the fitness center. And one last remark: The hotel/ room is quite run down, its in need of a renovation.

Hotel staff provided really good service & help when needed. The queen size Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was standard buffet, but delicious. The lobby/ reception area was very spacious and comfy. Overall I enjoyed my stay; I give this hotel a solid 7.2

Bathroom was a bit deteriorated with flaking paint and the sink plug missing. The airconditioner was noisy, I chose to leave it on and wear ear plugs.

Far exceeded my expectations, I stayed at The Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua for two nights before a conference at a fancy more expensive hotel. The Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua was $35 per night for my trip. There were about 20 other guest there so it was not busy and being March, shoulder season. The pool bar was unattended, but staff from the cocktail bar were great at bringing out drinks, snacks and eats. The pool are is very nice. The rooftop restaurant was undergoing renovations, but that was ok as I didn't need it.

The facilities are rather old, especially the bathroom. I wouldn't have stayed more than 1 night.

Good value the money. Good breakfast. The bed was comfy and the bedsheets were clean. We only stayed for 1 night, as we arrived after midnight and wanted something closer to the airport than our main hotel. The kids had fun at the pool.

In future I will be purchasing WiFi connection for 30 days for my phone whilst in Bali...as an easy fix in the unfortunate situation,(minor to my overall stay)of the WiFi connection not always being reliable and accessible in the hotel at particular times of the day/night This made call connections in the hotel difficult, use of personal computers and iPads difficult, and accessibility to on the spot information frustrating at times.

Hotel Site, Setting, Staff, Accommodation, Breakfasts with Additional Meal permitted to take away due to being a single traveler paying for a double room was amazing.Other in house dining options presented were delicious,excellent quality dishes. Every member of staff was friendly, engaging, attentive to detail of quality assurance, helpful and obliging. Thank you one and all for a comfortable and memorable stay at the Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua. Highest Recommendations!

Wonderful staff, especially at the front office. Nice comfortable rooms with good beds and mattresses. Great location for easy access. It's on a main road, but noise was no issue during my stay.

Air conditioning in my room was very loud and not very good, the sink in my room didn't drain very well either, and the curtains couldn't fully cover the window so I would wake up at sunrise every day, but these are pretty minor gripes

The bathroom’s light needs to be fixed AND better hygiene because there were flies in the shower.

Close to primary spots in Nusa Dua, especially to ITDC. Room was okay EXCEPT FOR THE BATHROOM. One of the lights was off and there were flies in the shower.

i stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is generally in good condition. the employees are wonderful people, they are very helpful and friendly, and I would like to thank all the hotel employees for this. they even made me ginger tea because I got a little cold. i break one point because the pool and poolside are too dirty to be used. and they can keep the attic more lively, it has a really great view. the restaurant food is very tasty and affordable. i believe they will solve the pool problem and I recommend this hotel to everyone

The accommodation is a fair distance from the Nusa Dua beaches and is a good hour and a half walk which wasn't a problem for us and would only be a ten minute taxi drive.

The room lived up to expectations with a good firm bed. The shower worked well and had good power and plenty hot water. The breakfast was good and we were impressed by the meal options in the restaurants. We ate in the bar and the meals we had were very good and reasonably priced

We asked for a double bed room but got two single beds next to each other… not really what we expected Wifi doesn’t work in the bedroom The view from the room was not the best Second floor was under construction… noisy We were asked to wait before checking out so they could check that nothing was missing in the bedroom, never seen this “process” before in Bali in better hotels than this one
