I loved the location to alchemy yoga & how it’s tucked up and away from the busy centre of Ubud. I can manage the walk into to town or if needed take a grab bike which cost $2 for the roughly 1.5km distance. The communal Kitchen is brilliant. Has a blender, fridges, microwave & oven, gas cook top and loads of kitchen utensils & accessories. Hot & cold filtered water included.

The pool wasn't clean and the HUGE bed ended up just being 2 beds pushed together and you could feel the seam in the middle which wasn't comfortable when you laid on it but you just had to shimmy around and it was fine.

The slate floors were beautiful and the BATH was ginormous! I also loved the pool and swam in it, but it wasn't very clean. The spot was awesome because there are vegan restaurants everywhere near this hotel so perfect for me. Staff were excellent and were happy to answer requests. I loved that your other half could sit outside and chill and hang out while you swam. Will definitely stay here again. I loved that it was a little bit out of Ubud but not too far and if you wanted to, u can definitely walk into the centre if u want.

Amazing and always helpful staff. Great vibe and facilities. Definitely recommended for folks who plan to work from Ubud or those who are staying beyond 3 days. There's a shared kitchen that comes in handy especially if you want to store or prep food. Location at Penestanan is ideal given the possible places to explore or visit while you're in Ubud.

It is a beautiful space; clean, with friendly, helpful staff. As a solo traveller, it felt very safe. The location was ideal since it is really close to good cafes as well as a yoga studio. I will definitely go back again.

Very comfortable. Great facilities. Helpful staff. Close to some very good restaurants but a little out of the main town which isn't really within safe walking distance. Nice and quiet compared to the traffic of Ubud however.

Felt like there wasn't enough privacy in the bathrooms located on the first floor ; even though there were blinds, it felt like units from the above levels could have easily peeked in to see me inside the bathroom and shower.

There is no blackout curtain in a room, just a thin white piece of textile… I would definitely go there again if they would suggest some window clothing system Also pool area is never in a sun which keeps water in a pool ice cold

The room did smell a little bit like mold, which was distracting, and my shower didn't have hot waster, only cold.

Incredibly helpful staff, very responsive, easy to schedule in-room services such as massages for very reasonable prices, they also arranged for airport transfer seamlessly.
