It’s not the property’s fault but there were quite a few spit-fire caterpillars hanging around the pool so we weren’t comfortable sitting/sunbaking on the deck. The pool was clean though. It was a nice quiet location - close to the “cool” places like beach clubs and Mexicola but a little far from the busy shopping streets. Always taxis around though so can’t complain.

The villa was lovely. A loft-style townhouse with private pool. The bathroom was clean with a GIANT bath (almost too big!) The reception staff were SO nice. We were both unwell on day 2 after drinking too much local booze and received IV fluids from some local on-call nurses - the staff let them in and made sure we were feeling ok, and house-keeping were kind enough to change sheets and towels afterwards. They provided safe drinking water. Unlike other villas we have stayed in, they actually had facilities to cook (stove, microwave, crockery). The aircon and wifi were brilliant, with TVs and toilets upstairs and downstairs.

Hu'u Villas is in a great location and the villas have nice private pools. The staff are so friendly and will help however they can. From Hu'u you can easily walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

When I first checked in and made payment for the villa, the staff said they needed to write down all of my card details to “confirm the payment” even though it had already gone through. I was a little concerned why my card details were needed, so I asked the staff to stop and they were very accepting and kind about the situation.

It was exactly as described. Our villa was the exact same as the photos. I liked how clean the place was, you can tell it is well looked after. I appreciated the 24/7 security guard and the VIP cards to Finns made the stay even better! Thank you so much

Pillows were too high and hard for us. Maybe since 2 pillows provided per pax, one can be softer and thinner and other high and hard for choice?

The size and cleanliness! Hot water and water pressure was great. Water dispenser and kitchenette’s was a godsend! Pool was clean! Wifi was strong and Bluetooth speaker to relax the night away

Great value for money for a private villa with a private pool in comparison to other famous ones. The staff is amazing and managed all our requests. Easy communication via WhatsApp. The villa is clean and very well maintained. The pool is nice, warm and gets cleaned daily. Nice breakfast options. 5minutes away from the beach.

Great location! We stayed for 6 nights in the one bedroom suite. We would definitely stay here again. Private pool and comfortable king bed were highlights. Bath and shower open up to a private courtyard too, so you can have a semi outdoor shower if you want which we loved! Staff were lovely.

Water gets cold after 20 mins showering, so if more than 2 people, bad luck to the rest :) Place smelt stale at first, but after opening the windows and doors for 3 days it got better
