The afternoon staff was weird, they said I couldn't at buttom bed, after I did protest and showed them that I had made request to be placed on buttom bed by pulse app and they had confirmed it's ok by pulse, finally they said I could be placed in buttom bed, it means that the afternoon staff they didn't take attention to customer request And also the deposit couldn't be changed with ID Card, I offered them my driving license as deposit, the refused and forced me to give IDR 50K, it means that they don't know what is the meaning if Deposit

Strategic location, the room is still new, the night staff (Mba² Chindo) was very friendly and helpfull

Excellent base for exploring the city. It's located near the train station and Malioboro, so getting around is easy. The staff is helpful and always has great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The shared kitchen is a plus, and the Wi-Fi in the lounge is strong. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. I also liked the extra services they offer, like campervan rentals and guided tours. If you're looking for a convenient and friendly place to stay in Yogyakarta, this is a great option!

I stayed at HUBS Hostel for three nights and was impressed by the location and staff. It's so close to the train station and Malioboro, which made exploring Yogyakarta super easy. The staff were genuinely kind and always had a smile on their faces. The facilities were excellent—the shared kitchen was well-maintained, and the lounge had a strong Wi-Fi connection. The rooms were basic but very clean, and I slept well on the comfortable beds. I also liked that they offer various tours and campervan rentals. The barcode scanning system for local information was a unique and useful touch.

the toilet at the room i was given at first, the drainage did not flow smoothly and the second room that we change into smell a bit like urine but other than that everything were fantastic.

the location is near to malioboro street and also the train station. it took us around 10 - 15 walks to get there. ALSO, the staff were amazing. we were a bit behind schedule hence need to check out a bit late and they assured us it was okay.

The toilet has never been cleaned while I stayed at the hostel. Also the staff enters the room without knocking. No big deal but it needs to be pointed out for improvement

The room size is perfect for 4people and the beds were comfortable and had all the comforts (light, charger, foldable table.and privacy curtain), and the toilet is private which is definitely a bonus. The staff is generally helpful and polite. The hostel was located in a nice area not too far from malioboro.

    Nothing

Staff were amazing, they were engaging and offered lots of additional support, they were very smiley too. The location was perfect near the railway station but not in the center where it would of been noisy, I was in a dorm of 4, and stayed 6 nights but originally only planned to stay 2. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a good standard, plenty of hot water and an ok kitchen facility.

Because of its location on the main road, the sound of traffic at night was quite annoying. I woke up several times from this. But since I know from the start, this is not a big deal for me. I didn't like it but still okay with it.

The location is strategic and easy to find. Just walk to the Tugu Monument (a super phenomenal place in Yogyakarta) and the hostel is around 100m near it. The water in the bathroom is quite good (hot and cold water available). Free towel, a bottle of shampoo and liquid soap. One of their staff handled a case (for me) PROFESSIONALLY. Thank you.
