Room has a notable very musty smell due to poor ventilation. Similarly has notable mould problem in bathroom and behind bed as well. Fan is okay but noisy and struggles to keep room feeling cool on hotter days.

Very friendly family, great location, extremely affordable, nice breakfast, fairly quiet.

The bathroom was pretty dirty, and also the room smell was a bit weird. However, for its price it’s perfect.

The staff is LOVELY and the breakfast is AMAZING. Also the location is perfect.

Needed a place for the night before heading to Gili T the next day. Great price for what you get, can’t complain. If you’re fussy and planning to stay for longer best to find elsewhere but it was perfect for what we needed. The family were very welcoming and lovely people. Thank you for having us!

Only issue we found was the fan wouldn’t turn off (we just put it on a timer then it would stop so wasnt too much of an issue) and the wifi sometimes wouldn’t work during the day but when we spoke to the lady about it her son fixed it instantly so again not really an issue. The bathroom is a bit run down and the water temp very sensitive but again for the price you can’t complain.

Absolutely lovely lady/staff running the place they went out of their way to help, so friendly and even gave us some free bottles of water for the taxi ride to the airport. Breakfast was amazing and there are 4 options to choose from. The pancakes and scrambled eggs were both delicious. You won’t find a better location in ubud close to everything you need! For the price the room is great, everything was clean and they even serviced the room daily. On the day after arriving we didn’t realise they would do this (why would you expect it for such a good price WITH free breakfast) we left our room in an absolute state and came to our things put away nicely in the shelves, bed made and everything clean! I can’t recommend this place enough if you want a cheap stay!

Dirty bathroom, hair and soap from the previous occupants on the floor but I guess that's what you get in a cheap room like this.

Good value for money but nothing special. However the pool was a nice bonus and the size of the room good. The breakfast was amazing, best we ever had included in our accommodation.

We stayed in 2 different rooms. The first one was small without any closet for storing our staff, had lots of mosquitoes and it was warm. The wifi was not working well in the second room.

The hosts were very helpful. They let us store our backpacks for free twice when we wanted to visit other places. They rented us cheap motorbike. The second room we stayed was spacious enough and not hot. The pool was small but lovely. The breakfast was very tasty and generous and had lots of options. The garden area was nice and every room had an outdoor seating area. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything in the centre od Ubud.

The location is great for central Ubud in nice surroundings. The family and helpers are very lovely and welcoming. Nice refreshing pool I extended my stay and spent my last 3 weeks here after 5 weeks of travelling round Bali Price very reasonable.

The roosters next door are so noisy, all day and all night making it hard to sleep. The pool is lovely but there's only 3 sun loungers in a tiny sunny spot so unless you're by the pool early you probably wont get a spot in the sun.

Just be aware that are conditioned room is triple the price of a normal room.

The property is lovely with lots of greenery, a nice pool and is in a great location. The breakfast and food available there is good.

- There's nothing to complain about. But I think there might be a need for a clothes rack in the room.

The room was quite dark & just smelt moist (I know this is common in Bali) but I've stayed many places and this was more so.. I was itchy all night in the bed also. The staff seemed nice but I felt were quite pushy. The day of check out I was startled awake with breakfast being ready, when I hadn't requested it. And then knocks on the door 2 hours before check out. They just hovered around my door with cleaning materials waiting for me to leave which I did an hour earlier cos I just felt uncomfortable. Just wasn't a pleasant experience.
