Cleaning staff in some days do a very poor job and in some other days do a good job. For example, on bad days there is no water bottle's, the towels smell of smoke, bed if done poorly (falling from one side), forget to replenish toilet paper, shower gel, etc. Basically, they only do your bed and throw the trash. On the good days, they do all these things as per ibis international standard. First day we arrived, there were ants in the room. Access from the car park has a very low ceiling, so if you're more than 1,80m it's troublesome (poor planning in construction). Rooms are not soundproof, but not too bad. In the morning they start cleaning early and often wake us up with the noise. Even we had the "do not disturb" sign, they would often call us to ask about cleaning the room... and then not always doing a good job. Toilet exhaust didn't work in our room. Sometimes there was a cigarette smell in the room... usually on the bad days, so I suspect someone cleaning is a heavy smoker. It's still a good hotel, by Bali standards... and if we ever go back, we will stay there again.

Close to airport for late evening arrival. Has transport pick up at airport. Look for name on board. We were being picked up early for transport to Padang Bai. Breakfast starts at 6am and is good buffet.

The walls are not sealed, you can hear a lot of noise from near by rooms. It was as if they live with me in my room.

The room smelt of mould, the bathroom is horrible. The price was a rip off. The beds are uncomfortable. I only booked this for a few hours as a transit hotel and regretted it as soon as I opened the door of the room. Will never book another ibis hotel again. There is another hotel a block away that is half the price and actually a nicer hotel, do not book this Ibis hotel even just for a short transit.

Close to airport is the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

Unfortunately, the room had a dense smell of cigarettes. The air conditioner was only making the smell works as it was circulating the same air- by switching it off, we had to stay over night in 29 degrees Celsius, hence didn’t get to have a proper sleep. The toilet was not properly sanitized and so it also smelled you can guess how. The cleanliness of the room was passable, but that’s just it. Water from the boiler was not fresh, we had to take the bottled one which imposed additional charges. Definitely not expected and I we were not in shape to argue about it. Interestingly, I didn’t receive the payment confirmation when checking out and cover the water costs by cash - not a big deal for me personally, but..

They could accept the last minute booking. Close to the airport.

The worst Ibis I stayed in my all life. Dirty, bad beds, tinny bathroom. Impossible to stay for more than one night.

Close to the airport to a passenger stay. Some bars and restaurants around. Just that.

Staff were not very welcoming on our arrival. The entire hotel smells of cigarettes, including our room. It made our own clothes and the towels smell so much we couldn’t use them. Our toilet didn’t flush since we checked in and they told us they would send someone up, never happened and never had a functioning toilet. The whole place needs updated.
