Moreover, the cleanliness of the room really made me feel uncomfortable. The shower in the toilet (for poop, pee) was very dirty, yellow color. Makes me so disgusting. And the bathroom floor is not clean at all (like a dirty yellow color). Overall I feel disappointed this time staying at iBIS. As I know, IBIS in other countries are in the hands of good management, especially their bathrooms are very clean, like in Singapore, Malaysia. Hopefully IBIS Trans studio can getting better, such as cleaner for managing room facilities in the future. Actually I like the location, very convenient for guests, like going straight to the Mall. For breakfast, please provide many kinds of buffet, for taste, overall the taste is good.

At past, i’d like to stay overnight in IBIS trans studio hotel because its direct with mall so convenience for me and my famil if want looking for meals and hotel facilities quite ok for us, but now not really makes me comfort, so i cannot give anything i like to recommend while stayed here.

Too crowded, so it's slightly inconvenient especially in the elevator. Since we still have a COVID pandemic going on, the capacity should be max. 4 people in the elevator, but people keep on coming in at every level.

The location is very convenient because it is next to a shopping mall. The room is small but comfortable. The wifi is very good. The breakfast is also good but the rooms are fully booked. So, many people will be with you in the restaurant and there are queues for the food.
