We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndonesiaWhen entered the room after check in, I found a lil food remaining at sofa from previous guest. Hope next time the cleaning service staff be more carefull when clean up. I think it needs more coordination between hotel & building parking system. I registered my car number & charged for parking fee which should be free of charge. Big thanks to the FO staff for helping me solve this issue.
The FO staff was nice, cleaning service staff was helpfull, various breakfast. Location was good & worth for the price.

AustraliaCould not get a beer…Mercure next door does all the meals and has beer but staff at the Ibis when asked said they run out of stock with regards Bintang…so I asked for another type of beer and was given the answer “ we have run out of everything”…bull dust! Would love to have had a swim in the pool but too many kids…it’s Indonesia…ce la vie Parents not looking after their kids…kids running up and down hallways…noisey…ringing door bells…yelling and screaming…but I suppose we have to live with it being Indonesia…they have not got much idea how to act in hotels

Breakfast was average...yes...eggs, toast , fruit was ok...coffee was ordinary...cant believe a country that grows so much coffee doesn't know how to make a good cup. Hot food was very ordinary...nothing exceptionally inspiring in there.. the chef looks tired...
