Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaThe hotel rating supposed to be higher, however the reduced rating was for the following 1. There is no bags handling support at arrival.. when you come from a lengthy travel, you expect at arrival a trolley with laggage handling support. 2. Entrance is not straight forward, you need to get in through an access of another hotel. 3. Highest floor smell like a complete toilet. And inside rooms you can't stay. I didn't accept rooms and asked for cancellation, however an employee called Loky change my complete floor to a much better one. But I can't imagine how such floor reached to this level, where are management??? 4. No swimming pool and no gym. 5. Laundry services are extremely high compared to other 5 stars hotels which I stayed in.

TurkeyAir conditioning. I got cold because I was able to adjust air conditioning. Even hotel staff did not solve it although they think they did it. If there system is not totally centrelized, they should write an explanation how we costumers can adjust temperature.
