None - All is good for me.

Location - It's in Central Jakarta and easy to connect with every location. This is my second stay in this hotel Service - Excellent. Receptionist can converse in Good English Hygiene & Clean - Overall good. Daily housekeeping and they are very understanding and respectful of your privacy Breakfast - Variety of options for morning breakfast unfortunately due to some health reasons during my stay in the hotel, I was unable to enjoy the breakfast well. Not your fault, it's my own bad situation. Others - Bed is fine. You have a multi/universal socket inside the room. I got a far-end room near the corridor window. I requested as per my first visit. No disturbance from other occupants and could say it is soundproof. Outside Food is allowed. Have almost 30+ TV Channels. The AC works well according to your preference. You have a table to work and to have meal with USB and charging port beside. Good WIFI connection Water - Good Water Pressure. I highly recommend this hotel for leisure or business.

Small squeezy toilet and the sliding glass toilet door banging at the ends...feels like going to break the glass doors. Maybe put a rubber stopper

Quiet location, walkable to Pasar Tanah Abang. There was a adjoining bldg , Midpoint plaza, inside was a mini Mart, few stalls selling food and coffee stall. Clean room. No smelly carpets in room. Saw security guard patrolling the floor. You deserve ****

Only a point to management, the system for having lunch or dinner, the bill supposed to be added to room for payment at checkout. No need to follow for immediate payment. This is the system that we used to get in such hotel chains.

1. Staff are professional. Thanks to Mr.Akbar who met us in reception for his kindness and professionalism and continuously smiles. He continued with me till I received my rooms and made sure that all mly requirements are met with full satisfaction. 2. Rooms size is great. 3. Room cleaness 4. Toilets cleaners 5. Hi, just wanted to share that I had a great experience at Ibis Style! The staff there are really awesome. Nabila at reception was super helpful and accommodating with my early check-in. Bella and Hanifah, the waiters, were so friendly and made my stay even better. The room service team was also very efficient. Overall, I had a fantastic time. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Great hotel, it felt like a very friendly and healthy environment immediately from beginning to end, security guys are very friendly and welcoming not like some hotels we're they can look very serious, tired and distant. Comfortable room, no insects, the restaurant serves delicious Indonesian food and fresh juices for reasonable prices. All the staff is friendly and serviceminded, from cleaners to restaurant staff, Hanifah and Akbar at the front desk made a great impression, I think they are a big asset for the hotel serving as true ambassadors, they are extremely serviceminded, humble and always in positive mood that feels authentic and not forced. It's a joy to watch them work. Highly recommend this hotel and for the price it's truly a gem.

Location us strategic, in the center of Jakarta and has lots of options for foods. The breakfast is a good value for its price. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
