We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaFirst room we stayed in had a botched AC, sweated through the night but they changed us to another room the next day without issues.
A nice and comfortable room with all the facilities you would expect and want. Good water pressure. Breakfast was nice, quite standard but everything cooked well and was a diverse range. The service was friendly, prompt and helpful. Would stay again when I'm in Makassar again.

United StatesThe gym is in disrepair. There are four pieces of equipment, all in need of repair or replacement. The treadmill is the one piece of equipment that works well, and even it displays a warning about needing oil for the belt each time you turn it on. Also, the pool and gym are only open five hours per day (7-10AM and 4-6PM), though I was told when I was checking out that they could have opened the doors to the gym for me at other times. (Unfortunately I did not find that out until the end of my stay there.) The pool and elevator had a lot of maintenance while I was there. I realize that many hotels have fallen behind on maintenance during the pandemic, so hopefully this is a temporary thing. I'd recommend turning down the music in the restaurant, especially at breakfast. Some of the loud western pop music is a bit much for first thing in the morning, and some of the songs are quite inappropriate for kids.
Special thanks to Ika and Adil for making my stay pleasant and comfortable! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and helped me find my way around the neighborhood. When I needed to find a doctor or get new quota for my SIM card, they helped me out a lot. Thanks to you guys for your kindness! :-) The breakfast buffet is great. They have many choices, including both Indonesian-style and western-style food. They make omelettes to order and have lots of fruit. I especially enjoyed the congee with many different toppings (cilantro, dried fish, etc.).

CanadaThe walls seem so thin, you can hear the noise from all over. Especially from the neighbours' rooms. The hotel is supposed to have some rules for the guests not to make too much noise, especially after 10 pm. Let alone after midnight. And about the breakfast, I am sure the hotel could do better by keeping the food covers closed all the time in order to make foods stays warm and more hygiene, as I can see some bugs flying here and there and some kids keep touching it.
