For heavens sake, please buy some new towels and replace all bedding that looks to be worn, torn, and stained. If at all possible, please install double pane windows to reduce the outside party noise.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They all deserve a pay raise including the bell-boys.

The room was clean but some spots were quite dusty. Pillow cases were stained (but they were clean). The wifi connection was not great.

Very spacious room and comfortable bedding. The staff is very kind and went the extra mile to help and please. The hotel is located near shops and malls.

Great staff. They are more than happy helping you with every wish that you might have. Some rooms feel a bit used but considering the price tag this place is great value for money.

The towel and bedsheets were looking as old as the hotel, the beedsheets with stains. The room a bit smelly from bathroom not really nice as it was not possibility to open the window. Poor maintenance apparently.

Quiet place. No plastik bottle so can refill from galon in many place in the hotel. Very polite staff.

Maybe more western breakfast options like eggs/ pancakes/ juice to make it more worth adding breakfast to the room cost.

The room is really cozy but the view for us was just around the hotel so not that inspiring! The location is amazing, there's a footpath to the local mall (the older one not the more fancy one, but it still has western fast food options and a chemist etc) The fried rice at breakfast was yummy if you're into that!

The breakfast price seemed high, however there are limited options nearby. I did not have the breakfast. I didn't appreciate the phone call asking if I wanted a massage at 8:00 pm.

Close to Mataram Mall and many Warung, idoop was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked, the shower was excellent and the staff always friendly.

The room didn’t look like the photos. Everything was really used and I did not feel comfortable. The room didn’t have any windows I could open, just a glass that showed the hallway and the staircase, so I could not see the sky or breathe fresh air. Additionally, the room smelled like cigarettes all the time, even if I don’t smoke. I had to spray perfume, otherwise I was not able to sleep with the smell of cigarettes. Moreover, the wi-fi was very bad. I had an important call and the wi-fi stopped working. The staff did not speak english at all, I had a few questions and they were not able to answer them. Would not recommend!

The walls might be a little thin. The noises from neighboring room was quite audible.

It was clean. The cleaning service did their work marvelousy. The bed was comfortable, no weird smell inside the room. Breakfast were exceptional. Really recommend booking with breakfast included

There was a cigarette smoke smell repeatedly, probably from ventilation from other rooms, which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn’t clean very much

The staff was very nice and helpful, we also enjoyed breakfast very much. We appreciated possibility of free water refilling. For short stay it was fine.

the pillow was comfy

the room I got for non smoking room was smelly, it makes me feel unsure if the room is clean. the other room I can get was only smoking room, which full of the smell of cigarette. good thing the bed was not smelly.
