The concept of pay as you go was not the best experience and we were not told of this concept at check-in nor were we told of the concept of being able to have a deposit paid upfront that could be used to settle for services used. The carpeted floors in the room were not the neatest and felt a bit dusty.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, the property is located right on the beach and access to a lot of restaurants was easy. The staff were courteous, the breakfast spread was amazing covering various cuisines. The SPA services were excellent.

No beach area for the Hotel, staff could be more supportive and helpful (less transactional), breakfast orders tend to be delayed or missed due to rush period and a we witness smelly plates/cups and table, pool towels cleanliness/smell.

the only real downfall was the room smell was damp.

The prices of beverages and food at the hotel restaurants are notably higher than those at nearby restaurants. Despite being just a few steps away, the hotel charges European-level prices, whereas the neighboring establishments offer the same items at half the cost. Unfortunately, this situation is not favorable for the guests

The hotel amenities are undeniably excellent. The pools are refreshing. The rooms offer comfort, and the variety of breakfast choices is truly impressive

Beach in Seminyak is not particularly nice...but that it why the hotel is fantastic.

The hotel resort was like a small tropical Paradise. It's a nice size complex and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The private villa was very nice, private and great experience.

We were grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade, accompanied by champagne, scattered rose petals, chocolates, and a heart shaped cake all adding an extra layer of WOW to our celebration. The beach is not nice but the pool makes up for it !

Amazing hotel, very nice and helpful staff, nicely decorated and quiet rooms. Great breakfast (selection, no feeling of crowd, not too noisy, very good selection). The beach is not nice and you can’t swim in the sea BUT the hotel has a nice big pool (actually 2 pools, with one for kids that works well for adults as well). Enough sunbeds all day, caring staff, very good gym and excellent spa !

The pillows in the room weren’t comfortable. But just before we left we saw a leaflet which said pillow menu, found it too late though.

It was a vast property but there was so many places to go to. It was clean people were very friendly and it was a great location.

The ATM in the hotel wasn't working properly and the hotel staff knew about the problem but there is no warning given.

The hotel layout is really good, open and spacious. Its peaceful considering its size and there was plenty of room around the pool. The restaurants were both great, the buffet breakfast was superb. Cocktails each night were great and the bar staff couldnt have been more helpful. The gym was reasonable but too hot (27-29 degrees). And our spa experience was nice.
