Staff was overall helpful and efficient with the exception of the cafe. We waited quite some time for a coffee and did not even receive the cake.

Fantastic breakfast, wonderful spa, helpful staff and overall relaxing atmosphere. Dinner with live music and great menu. We enjoyed our stay and facilities.

There was no sunbeds on the beach , and also an area of the resorts was closed for maintenance .

The facilities was good , stuff was very friendly and helpful , breakfast was good , the rooms are nice , modern and very clean ( they check 2 times / day ) , the room-service is quick . This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed for this price .

The transport department wasn't so good. Overpriced compared to private higher taxes, and the drivers seemed to want to talk us into "add on trips" other driving activities. Many of the private companies' drivers had better attitudes.

Greatly enjoyed this hotel, it is lovely as are the staff there. Staff were formal yet comfortable and easy to deal with, nothing was a problem for them to manage. Our room had a great outlook, good size for 10 days, great view. The hotel over all was well maintained and we observed continuous and preventative maintenance happening. The pools, yes 3 adult pools and 1 child pool were easy to access, and we always got a seat in the shade or sun, depending on how we felt. Perfect hotel for couples or a small group of friends. The food was great, over the 10 days we never tired of breakfast. Located on the beach (just a short walk over 1 small motorcycle path) it was great to be able to go for a morning walk on the beach or later explore other restaurants along the beach. A 10-minute walk to a street with numerous shops and bars. Bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is perfect for couples or a small group of friends. It is not designed for a large group of people traveling together. I could not take photos that do this hotel justice. Even the photos on Booking.com cannot reflect how nice this hotel. I saw one video review on YouTube that did not rate this hotel well, let me tell you don't believe the video review. I have over 150 reviews here on booking.com and only 3 hotels i have rated 9 plus, this is one of them.

The coffe was never to my liking to bitter. would have liked a choice of instant coffe in the room. the price of the red wine (Cab Merlo) was extremly exspensive so didn't buy any.

The swimming pool was a great size to accommodate a lot of guest. Buffet breakfast was unbelievable and coffee on point. Easy access to the beach to head to La Plancha. Bed was super comfy and great choice of pillow menu.

Breakfast has so much to offer but is set up all over the place. This results in people wondering around a lot as they have to search for everything. In addition, the coffee is coming from the coffee bar but takes long. Overall, still one of the nicest breakfast offerings around.
