Lighting in the room isn't great, so you need it on most of the time.

It's so close to the airport, so it's super handy. They also have lots of packages and scooter rent at reception and they gave us a decent scooter with a very good price! The room is good and the bed is big. Amenities is very good and kitchen is complete. Everyone is attentive and asking you questions about your stay, breakfast, etc.

Close to the airport. You can walk from the airport to the hostel. Very good breakfast. Easy checkin. The staff is really nice

The Wife some time is bad

Excellent hotel, clean, well located if you want to be near the airport, it has restaurants nearby and a beach as well, the staff was very friendly, the social area is spacious, I would stay again.

The waterflow of the shower is sometimes off in the middle of shower

The hotel has a good location, near Kuta and surrounded by the cullinery options. Wifi is strong. The staff helped me to find a rental motorbike

Breakfast wasn't ready for me in the morning and I had to leave to go to the airport. I had a beautiful private room in front of the pool but it can get very noisy as people use the pool.

Don't trust the staff (guess he was a son of the owner) from this hostel who could look really helpful but at the end of the day you realise that he scammed you by persuading you to buy a local sim card and pay 2 times more.

Good location - you can walk by foot from the airport. Clean rooms, street food close by. Quiet. Very friendly and helpful woman from the staff.

Dirty shower, lots of Ants. Very hard Bed which made for uncomfortable sleep.

Have stayed here once before so my expectations were very high on the back of that experience however the room I was given this time wasn't even half as good as my previous experience. Lots of ants around the room sadly. Shower looked like it hadn't been washed in a long time. Could do with a good thorough clean. Location is ideal for the Airport however the vibe in this place is lacking massively for what's supposed to be a hostel.

maybe it's because it's in the old city. so inevitable moto bikes are quite load even during late night and early morning. other than that, facilities are very good.

The shower pressure is sometimes not working, I’ll run out of water in like 5 mins. The place doesn’t feel the cleanest as well

Its value for money, has free water refills. best part of this place is the WARUNG next door that sells delicious food for good value. We go there almost everyday

we stayed in a family room (4 bunk beds) which is okay and have lots of space, but the room feels so stuffy and muggy because there's no open window for fresh air.

we chose this place because we needed to catch an early flight, and the location is very close to the airport. the shared facilities (kitchen, tv, pool) are good. the pool looks clean, but i didn;t use it. bonus: there's a local foodcourt next door which serves yummy cheap local food!

The Wi-Fi is very slow almost not usable. The hot water is unstable. Too much noise due to close to the road.

The noise of the mosque and the city. It's very loud to relax. I came here for 2 nights only because I was very sick, and expecting some recommendations on food/drinks or places, which I didn't receive, and couldn´t get the rest I needed before the flight. So it's not exactly their fault, but there could be some improvements for the hostel category.

Next to the aiport. Is good when you have to stay 1 night before or after a flight. It has food and souvenirs around. the bed and privacy is awesome, and also the common area!
