Some nightclub noise at night, but my room was at the rear of the hotel and it was not too bad.

Very central location, with a 10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars right outside the hotel. The room is a good size and has a good bathroom. Staff were helpful.

Lack of communication between hotel and booking agent. Eg. I requested a twin beds and was given a double bed and as the hotel was booked out had to share a double bed on the first night. I PAID for breakfast but that was not recorded, however the staff management kindly agreed to supply breakfast.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly.

The noise of the other Asian guests of a night time in the hallways. Like they need to congregate there for a loud chat. The lobby or restaurant are far better options where it doesn’t interfere with other guests. We complained a few times, and it stops. Still not ideal . Also we arrived just before 2pm check in time, after a flight from Australia and we had been awake for 12 hours. Hungry, we were told room not ready. We waited, and they couldn’t tell us how long we needed to wait. With a complaint, the moved us to another room. Not a great start to our holiday. Hotel staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Not here

Located on the Main strip of Legian and close to shops, bars, tattoo shops, ice bar. 30min to Atlas via grab scooter. Staff were very friendly. Room was small but that’s all we needed for 1 night.

the rooms are very humid

the hotel is in a very good location. there is a pool on the 4th floor. The staff is friendly. pillows are big. beds are comfortable. wifi is fast.

Bed was a bit hard to which I personally prefer softer. Bfast although a good variety, they ran out of bacon and I even got told twice they were too full and was asked to come back later which was very inconvenient. Shower head was not working well. And walls are not very sound proof.

Room were clean, a good size and had a nice roof top pool. Aircon worked very well. 24 hour reception and security at the front which was nice. Lots of options for bfast and good a good deal on my two week booking. Central location close to night life, restaurants and shopping.

Window in the room to a concrete wall. It’s advertised as having 2 pools but there’s only the one on the roof (was a decent pool though with good temperature)

The rooms smelt terrible, it was hard to sleep. We didn’t even want to be in the room because it smelt like urine, mould and chemicals. We did tell the front desk and the house keepers did come and try to mop wnd sanitize but it still wasnt enough, they need proper ventilation in the washrooms. Breakfast was always cold and pretty much always empty Overall, if it wasn’t for the smell in the room, it would be a good hotel. Maybe we were the unlucky ones.

Location was amazing and staff was kind and very helpful and house keepers were very good. The restaurant had good food and room service was great too. Roof top pool was very nice and relaxing

The room was quite dark and would benefit from better lighting and had a damp smell which was noticeable each time you came into the room.

Bed was comfy, air con was great, had a fridge, pool was fantastic and food/drink options really good. Location cluse to lots of popular things including Poppies lane, mall, shops, restaurants and beach. The staff were fantastic and helpful.

Alarm going off at 6.30am so I called reception to ask what’s going on. Their reply was ‘ughhhh nothing it’s nothing’ to then later find out it was a smoke alarm.

toilets were not equipped with proper bidet / rinsing spray. rooms were quite compact. no proper balcony with a relaxing view. the lobby was quite chaotic.

the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had one of the best breakfasts around. overall it's a neat and clean place.

Limited variety for dinner menu, some menus were out of stock at time of ordering Loud noise from hallway can be heard inside of room, room walls could be better with a lil touch up with paint to freshen up the looks.

The smell of sewer when you turn on the shower everytime. Tiny bugs and cockroaches in the bathroom. Room service is good but would not recommend medium rare sirloin steak as it tasted like something terrible and definately not steak. I bought a cup of hot choc and a butter croissant from the front cafè in the afternoon to take upstairs to eat in my room. When I touched the croissant it felt like a rock so I rang reception and they put me through to the cafè. I was told it was fresh. I said 'you can come and taste the croissant yourself and it is rock hard'. Staff apologised and brought a plate full of fresh pastries. The food on the menus whether room service or Saturdays Barbeque Buffet is served in small sizes or in small portions. To their credit the breakfast buffet makes up for it.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. They try their best to ensure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is very clean and nice to come home to with the aircon on after a long day out on tour and shopping and you're sweating, hot and tired. If you're looking for ATM machine there is the minimart opp the hotel and it's trustworthy because I've withdrawn money from there and have not recieved notifications of fraud from my bank. The hotel is central to everything and the front cafè has nice hot drinks with fresh pastries to have while you're waiting for your tour guide or just to enjoy while relaxing in the lobby.
