SloveniaOur stay at Jago Gili Air couldn’t be more perfect! Room is modern and clean and the staff cleans it every day. The pool area is amazing, they also have a bar so you can chill and order some drinks. Breakfast was the best we had in Bali and Gilis- you should try their smoothie bowls (they are better than in most brunch places in Bali!). The staff was the kindest and we are so grateful we met them! This was our definetly our best stay! I would recommend this place to everyone coming to Gili Air, you will not be dissapointed.

The staff made this property the best stay , so friendly and helpful , Herry goes beyond to help arrange tours and has great knowledge of the island and beyond, he is so friendly and professional in all he does , nothing is a bother to him , breakfast was sufficient, great Latte coffee , the pool is great , clean rooms and grounds , we highly recommend this property

Breakfast is excellent, location is just off the Main Street and very quiet, the hotel is immaculate, pool is beautiful but the thing that makes the hotel a step above every other are the staff. We came as strangers and left as friends. Highly recommend.

Incredibly clean, well-located and the staff were very friendly!! The breakfast we found was better than most local cafes even and we could decide each day if we wanted it (only 50K extra). Cappuccino was always fantastic. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic. We extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. It is also only a short walk from the port so you can relax almost immediately once you get off the boat. Rented bikes most days which was a great was of exploring. We look forward to coming back!

United StatesJago Gili Air is by far the best, cleanest, most comfortable, accessable, and perfect resort on the Island. I would never stay anywhere else besides Jago Gili Air. The owner and the workers are the kindest most hard working maticulous people I have met. Breakfast is outstanding so are the comfort of the rooms and bed! The pool is perfect plenty of shade and/or sun- right next to restaurants and 24 hr mini marts.

United KingdomAlthough there’s nothing they can do, it is located next to mosques and so during Ramadan there can be loud singing at night and in morning. But don’t let that put you off, since we had a really good time and still could sleep and most places are near these.
The staff were amazing and so friendly, Herry and the team made our stay the best we have had in Indonesia. They organised a private boat tour for us which was really good to see all the sea turtles, one of the best value trips we have done. We felt very relaxed and had many enjoyable conversations with the staff, and they let us use their snorkels. The breakfast was really good, we got the waffles every time. The AC was really good and the rooms were clean. The location was good for getting to any part of the island. Thank you for the amazing stay and we will be back in the future!

CanadaJago Gili Air was one of our favourite stays in our South East Asia trip and we stayed for 5 days. Firstly, we loved Gili Air as there were no gas powered vehicles and it was easy to walk everywhere. We found so many wonderful vegetarian and gluten free restaurants. A special mention to Pachamama restaurant which we visited many times during our stay. The snorkeling just off the beach was great and we saw turtles and lots of multi coloured fish. Jago Gili Air was so clean and modern with a great swimming pool to cool down after a hot day. The morning breakfast was so healthy and fresh and we especially enjoyed the fruit bowls. But what really made our stay special was the amazing friendly staff who spoke great English and were always willing to help out and go out of their way. A special mention of Harry and Ari who were so helpful, friendly and taught us a great deal about the culture and customs on Gili Air. They made us feel so welcome at the hotel and made our stay even more special! Paul and Janet Lailey

AustraliaThis was a fantastic stay - the location was excellent and the facilities were lovely. Most of all the staff were so friendly and helpful. One staff member in particular went out of his way to find us a boat and car to take us to the airport at a very early hour, and made sure we were ok to get there in the dark by personally taking us to the port. We could not have made this work without him and are extremely grateful for his help. We look forward to coming back, and recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gili Air!

NetherlandsDuring Ramadan it can be a little bit loud from nearby mosque but after a while you get used to it.
It’s a very cosy place. The breakfast has different options you can choose from: English breakfast, Indonesian, waffles, and vegan bowls. It has a nice pool which changes colours in the evening. And the most wonderful is people who work there: kind, friendly and creating soul-warming atmosphere. I felt like home spending two weeks there. And very special thank you to Herry and Helmi, real Lombok pearls 🙂

United KingdomNo refrigerators in the rooms. This is slightly irritating as you have to ask the staff to store anything that needs to be stored in their refrigerator. I understand that this is because some guests leave food products thus attracting ants.
A very clean accommodation in very close proximity and central to all that's happening in Gili Air. Good value and competitive amongst it's peers. You can purchase a beer on site but no other alcohol. This is fine as you can purchase elsewhere and store in their refrigerator. I liked the quietness and feeling of safety before heading into the bustling town. Staff are very friendly.

A very nice place to stay. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Aircon, separate shower, and tv with Netflix. Water refill station in lobby with cold and hot water for coffee or tea. Lovely pool and bikes to rent. Delicious breakfast, especially breakfast bowls. Wonderful, friendly staff. Owner Winston was great, always asking and making sure things were fine. One of the workers, Herry was exceptional. Very personable and good sense of humour. Location not on the beach but close and also walking distance to harbour.
