United KingdomThe staff are lovely but very slow. We ordered pizza to be delivered to our room and they did not tell us it had arrived and let it go cold. It would take them 25 minutes to serve drinks at dinner. The food in the restaurant wasn’t very nice and food at breakfast cold. The room wasn’t as clean as I would like and despite me asking for the bed sheets to be changed each day (there was a stain on them when we arrived which had me concerned that they were not clean) they only changed them 3 days in when I personally requested it, before that I had placed the clean my sheets sign on the bed each day.
The property is nice, but it feels quite old and needs a bit of updating. The pool is nice and it is a good location.

IndiaWhile the breakfast provided was notably good with a satisfying variety, we encountered challenges with other meals. Even when orders were placed in advance, there were notable delays in the delivery of food. This was particularly disappointing, especially given our high expectations. The limited options for vegetarians added to the dining challenges, as the menu lacked diversity for those with dietary preferences. The staff, though friendly, could not compensate for the shortcomings in room service. While we appreciated their cordiality, it was disheartening to see such a crucial aspect of the hotel experience fall short of expectations. In conclusion, while Jamubuluwak Hotel offers a clean and well-maintained environment, improvements in room service are crucial to providing a more satisfying overall experience for guests. I hope that the management takes these concerns into account, as it could greatly enhance the satisfaction of future visitors.
Our 6-night stay at Jamubuluwak Hotel left us with mixed feelings. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for our visit. However, our experience with room service left much to be desired.
