We stayed at 4BR villa and when we got there not all rooms had towels and bit dirty. The fridge wasn't cold at all. The hot and cold dispenser was too far from power point hence we need to boil water to have hot water. We had issues with one of the toilet and shower but it was quickly repaired.

Breakfast was reality tasty and the view was beautiful.

We were shocked to find a snake in our room. The staff upgraded us to a villa.

The pool may need cleaning as some dead leaves were floating. The glass door exit to balcony needs to be trained to the guest as it was challenging to open.

The room is spacious with big screen TV. The resort area is large, greenery and having the club where the swimming pool was. Staff is friendly and helpful, easy check in and out. Good location on top of Batu after Songgoriti. Breakfast variety was great unfortunately no yogurt provided (where it should be easy in Batu)

Some noise (yelling) from the sports center in the property, and some noise from repairment of hotel facilities.

It’s location on a hillside with Mountain View, and many trees surrounding and whispering, fresh air, birds singing. Hotel facilities and amenities are very good and clean, but AC in our room and chairs at the balcony are need to be repair or replacement. The bed is comfy, shower is good with warm water.

(-) they have 2 swimming pool area, and they both are dirty during our stay, so we can't use it..how dissapointing.. (-) on Day 1, I ask the FO why the pool near my room is dirty. The officer said that it was out of maintenance, and I can use the other pool in other area. I asked is there any shuttle to go there considering the hotel area is quite hilly, and she said yes, so I said we'll go there tomorrow morning and call for a shuttle beforehand. The next morning, I call for the shuttle to the other swimming pool, but the officer ask me to just take a walk (WTH??). I confirming to her, is there any shuttle, and she said yes, so I just ask her to send down the shuttle. Finally she said yes, and ask me to wait for about 15mins. Once we arrived at the pool, turns out it was also dirty, and apparently a cleaning process is taking place so we cant use it. So it's really dissapointing. Big dissapointment for me and all of my family.

The villas could have been better maintained. A little bit run down facilities in the villas - the kettle was dusty and a bit rusty, the furniture was old and not pleasant to look at and there was no fans at all, although we are aware that the temperature is cool but fans would help keep the rooms less stuffy. The whole villa really require refurbishing and a new coat of paint would be good and welcoming. Breakfast spread was rather limited.

The 3-bedroom villa was located right at the top and the view was great. The air was fresh and we felt calm. The buggy service and security around the area was great.

Staff was bad, not on purpose of course but obviously untrained to match the level you would expect for this kind of place... a couple of examples: the receptionist made us wait 20 min until someone come to show us where was our room at basically 50m away from her. The waiter brought me back a can of the wrong drink without a glass and ice. When I asked for a glass, he left and I saw him seating like nothing happen 10min later when I finally decided to find a glass by myself. To be honest, it kind of became a running joke for us there so if you are traveling knowing what to expect and if you are not in a rush... that's not so much of a big deal I guess. Just another small point about a trick that this hotel (and many others) are using. If you look at the pictures, all the outdoors are taken by night. The reason? Night + small lights give a elegant/cozy feel to a place and help to HIDE all the small maintenance issues such as cracks and cleanliness. The place looks actually older than in the pictures.

At least good value for money if you are a Caucasian as you will never get this kind of quality/price rate in Europe or in the US.

Jambuluwuk Resort Batu was beautiful and quite places. We are really enjoy our time there.

Since the weather is nice and suit to many kind of plants, suggest to add flower beds or bushes for to make a beautiful eyesight.

The view was amazing. You can see the city below. Variety of breakfast you can choose. Thr lication is really where you can walk around. It was a memorable stay.
