5 star rating not true in our opinion, a 4 star would be better suited. Shower temperature hard to regulate sometime.

Great staff and great location, clean and everything we needed, also had a free upgrade.

The staff were super friendly and the location was good. We had a couple of things not working and non repairable but they were replaced immediately with new items. Breakfast was delicious, just not sold on the bacon, this didn't matter as there were plenty of other options. Both pools were fantastic the lower pool having more of a family vibe and the roof top having more of an adult feel. My four year old swam in both with no problems though. There was a kids area (advertised as kids club) but you can take your little one's in there to play as nobody is in there.

Ventilation system is not that good. Too humid in the room even when the air conditioning was turned on. But it doesn't matter for us because we didn't spend much time in the room

I stay here frequently, just for a night or so. It is reliable and predictable. The rooms are lovely however the cleanliness has slipped a little post Covid. Attention to detail in the bathrooms would make a big difference. However I still would stay again

Location - very central. Spacious room, big bed, very quiet rooms - had a brilliant sleep. Staff seemed very friendly. Helpful porters. More like an old 4 star hotel than a modern day 5 star but clean & nothing to complain about.

The only thing if I could pick something was that there were some very rude tourists who decided it was okay to smoke when there were no smoking signs everywhere. And the only other thing was the bath is very high and the shower is over the bath. We took my mum who is not young and she could not step into the bath, It was that high if she tried, she would’ve had a fall. As it was when I got out of the bath, I had a fall. Everything was okay but yeah, the floors are very slippery and the bath is very high

Management and staff did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. The pool downstairs was amazing, breakfast every day this morning board you couldn’t falter had so much to choose from. Biscuit and cake was bought to our room every night with a message to have a restful night. The rooms are very clean. The staff that clean the room we’re wonderful.

I didn’t like the fact that some people ignored the rules about smoking on the hotel grounds.

For our room it was a little bit old and need some refurbishing. Please add some chair to lounge. And suggestion put stepping chair to the bathtub for convenient access for people who are not that tall. Overall, it was a nice stay. Thank you!

My wife and I travelled to Bali for a short holiday and I am glad she booked this hotel for our entire stay. Everything was excellent good location with lots of bars, restos, convenience store and it was walking distance to Potato Head Beach Club. The staff was really nice and always smiling. Keep it up guys! We also loved the Melah Spa special mention to our therapists who did our couple massage to Devi and Mita. And also my wife loved it so much the facial service of Linda. Highly recommended if you are looking for best facial service. The facilities were excellent. Thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping it clean. We really loved the swimming pools and we loved the pizza by infinity pool. Thank you for the free cupcake and cookies every night. To all the staff thank you for making our stay comfortable.

The Locations and services are good. Hotels staff were really helpful. The beds are bigger than I expected. The overall experiences was good. They have 2 pools (small pool at the roof and the larger one on the ground floor, both have pool bars), the small gym is also good, and they also have a small sauna and whirlpool.

The bathtubs are hard to get in and out as they are rather high. Perhaps they need a non-slip mat in the tub for accident prevention. The soap could have a soap dish as there is nowhere to put them by the sink.

Have stayed here three times already. Bed is the best as it is huge and so comfortable. Rooftop pool is the best to lounge in. You get sunset views and you can eat and drink at the pool bar. Location is excellent - everything from shops to restaurants and massage services is walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful.

*Unable to open my very heavy and thick drapes fully which kept my room in darkness. I like light to come into my room. Asked for it to be fixed so I could open them but the ‘fix’ made the situation even more difficult *Very expensive breakfast for what the quality of the food was IDR 250,000 per morning - was not worth this amount at all *Generally very overpriced food and beverages in the hotel - purchase your own offsite. Eg double price of Bintangs etc than elsewhere - not necessary to hike CV prices up this much - up at least 100%

The hotel is looking old and tired, needs more attention to detail. There are 4-5 year old COVID-19 posters up and signs on the floors. The bathrooms NEED to be cleaned with chemicals as the baths are dirty and black dirt, soap and limescale all over them. For reference, this isn’t a 5 star hotel

Based on the price the hotel is suitable. I asked to move rooms as mine was very old, tired and the shower head was dirty so spraying in every direction but down
