If I had to pick something the beds are a little hard and pillows not the comfiest but when travelling these things are minimal.

Jati Cottage was amazing! From check in to check out! Can not fault it, the staff were amazing they organised an offering class with our girls which they loved and nothing was ever a problem. The food was great, pool and spa fantastic. We would stay again.

There is only one thing I didn't appreciate - there is no late check-out fee as such, allowing you to choose to stay 1, 2 or 3 hours more in the room. For 2 hours of late check-out we were offered to pay half of the room price, which I haven't seen as an option in all hotels I could benefit from a late check-out. However they offer half of an hour extra without charge, kindly keep your suitcases at the reception and allow you to use the pool and a shower after check-out. We simply stayed at the restaurant until our driver came. It is difficult to have your flights exactly after the check-out so I would consider creating a more flexible late check-out fee. 2 hours are not 12. On the check-out aspect, and in facilitating contacts with affordable drivers and excursion centres, there is space for improvement. Maybe best is to add some exclusivity to the drivers and/or excursions organised/recommended by the hotel so it ends up being more interesting for the guests. Both aspects are only a detail. Overall it was amazing and I can't wait to be back ✨✨🌴🌴

Let’s don’t forget his is a 3 star accommodation which is fantastic! The breakfast is poor, and there are few great restaurants in the area. So without breakfast when booking. And one more remark, the towels in the bathroom. They need to be replaced, they have already done their job.

First of all, the location is fantastic, the staff is friendly, the rooms are large enough and tastefully furnished. Close to the monkey forest! Beautiful greenery and pool.

Extraordinary place! We stayed 4 nights in room 15, 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 7), large balcony with 270 degrees view, the location is as green as it gets. People there were all smiles and i mean everyone. Not sure why it's 3 but we've been to 5* places that did not look as good. Very nice complementary breakfast and peronalized arrival and departure letters.

Great value for money, big spacious room and bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful with anything we needed. It's a little quiet sanctuary from the busy streets of Ubud and still a short distance to walk everywhere. They left us a little story about their culture everyday for us to read which was a lovely touch.

Loved my stay here. The grounds were serene and beautiful. The room was big and clean and I had a Balinese garden to wake up to next to my room. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location is with 10-15 min walk from shops, monkey Forrest, yoga barn. There are convenience stores near by as well as restaurants next door.

There was a heavy noise from a construction site in the neighborhood but I was offered to change the room, so no problem!

The staff were fantastic and so hospitable. The location is brilliant as well, a short 10min walk to the center of Ubud. Nice to be out of the craziness. Very good restaurants near by a well. Would highly recommend. Also for the best massage, head to Ray Spa. It's a 5min walk awak and they are so respectful, clean and we'll priced.
