Location is everything with this resort, you can’t go wrong

Original room assigned the air conditioning was poor. Woke up the following morning and there had been a plumbing leak with flooding to the room, Staff were amazing and reassigned a room.

The pool and pool bar and restaurants were excellent. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful. Accommodation is clean and tidy and comfortable beds. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Really great location.

The fitness/gym very old and with maintenance at all (0/10). Cleanliness a bit poor (I spiller beer on the desk and they didn't clear it - I had to wipe it out) Air cond a bit noise Frigde to small and didn't cool enough

The swimming pool area is fantastic The bar area as well. The Garden was unbelievable :)

Some of the stairs were a bit steep, so hard for older people. But was able to change room with no issues. They were a little bit behind on the gardening. Could be due to the weekend. Maybe a few rubbish bins around the pool area, and a waterslide into the children's pool would be good. Needs to have a bit more shad around the pool, for Families with young children.

The location of the Hotel was right on the beach you just had to cross the road, they were lots of eating places very handy. It had 3 pools, and they were always very clean. The breakfast was good. A great laundry was out the main gate. Massage parlors were out the front gate and markets not too far away. the

When we checked in the toilet had pee stains on the toilet seat.

It was convenient and in a good location. Breakfast was a good spread of food. Pools were clean. Property well maintained.

The breakfast is the same everyday after 3 days it gets repetitive. Rice and noodles for breakfast no thanks. And after 10 days eating eggs and Vegemite toast or eggs and pancakes gets boring. The pool temperature is to warm going for. A swim didn't cool me down. The beach area was really dirty this is not the hotels fault obviously.

The staff were amazing friendly and polite. The pool area was nice location was convenient.

Old Bali style architecture with older but comfortable rooms. Large with 4 pools grounds well maintained

My air-conditioning wasn't working properly. The maintenance team looked at it but nothing fixed. They said they were fully booked and couldn't change my room. It was warm to sleep at night, where my friends rooms were like freezers.

Ladder in deep pool unsuitable for older people, buffet could be more varied, pool hours could stay open a bit later.

Loved the location gardens beautiful, pools excellent, staff so helpful and friendly. This was a great hotel resort, a bit aged bit ok.

The rooms are getting old, we've been coming here for 23 years and they're still the same..the bed wasn't very comfortable, but that's an individual issue..

Love the location by the beach for afternoon drinks. The pools are great as is the breakfast and staff. Great to see the tiles around the pool have been upgraded as have the sunbeds.

It’s very outdated and run down. Dinner at the restaurant was very terrible, the worst food experienced we had on our trip. Breakfast was ok but needs a bit more variety there really wasn’t a huge selection of choices.

The security guards were protective of us when returning last at night drunk and with a bunch of girls. They assisted us with ensuring the motorbike drivers weren’t ripping us off.

Rooms could do with ceiling fans as well as the aircons on those really hot humid muggy days. The bar fridges didn't work to well and had broken shelves in them but cranked them right up and we were able to keep stuff chilled.

Our first time in Bali, and we were very happy, Daily room cleaning with fresh sheets, breakfast buffet was excellent, complimentary water and shower gels etc everyday, staff all friendly and helpful, my husband tripped on the slippery tiles getting out of the shower and broke the door, they were there to fix it straight away, we were charged for this but the price was very fair as our fault.

The rooms need a revamp. My bathroom smelt like sewerage. Notified Staff but nothing changed. Travelled with others and they had issues with shower temperature and air con. I have stayed in the standard rooms in the past and I feel they were better than the deluxe rooms which I paid more for.

Great location. Old style Bali accomodation. Lovely grounds and pool. Friendly staff.

When we needed something fixed or requested things we needed for our second room, it took forever to happen.

Close to everything with our first room and literally sounded like we had a rock band in our room from a band playing opposite the resort. This room itself had seen better days.and when we complained about the room, we were allocated another room, and we were assisted in moving our luggage by an outstanding staff member, Udayana and Excellent breakfast had every morning 👌
