Not a big issue probably a signage outside the property so transportation know where the pick up and drop off for Je Ne Sais Quoi guest is. Otherwise , everything else is prefect!

The experience in Je Ne Sais Quoi was fantastic! Exceed expectation! Staff are friendly, accomodative ,attentive and service daily are on time eg; breakfast to our room. The smart room is cozy, well put together and smells clean daily. Pool in the room is a plus making the room so presentable and relaxing. Love the idea of the ceiling fan above the bed area for a lazy noon. Overall 10/10 Will consider visiting again! Thank you so much for having us!

The room was a quite dim at night, not sure if it was just our villa.

Loved our 2 night stay here for my husband and I. The space was clean, cosy, quiet and peaceful. Staff were really helpful and responsive via Whatsapp or always present around to assist where possible. At check in we had the option to register our fingerprint/pin code as access. Loved that the room was well equipped, universal power socket, dyson hairdryer, bidet toilet. It was a perfect space for a couple, but not sure if I would recommend for a family w kids. We were provided with a breakfast menu and we get to select an item each day and timing to be served at our villa. Really appreciated that on the morning we have to leave early for the airport, they catered to our timing and served breakfast at 6am. There was also a communal room/lounge where you could play games or read a book. The villa was also located conveniently with lots of good restaurants nearby. We initially wanted to rent a bike to get around but in the end could do everything within a 1km walk of the area (our short trip was mainly to relax, eat, massage). You could also easily get a grabcar/bike to anywhere. Also, I'm really surprised and pleased to say this but I did NOT come across any lizards (or bugs for the matter) in the villa which I was really afraid of and had too many encounters with them in Bali

My only gripe was the front door. For all its beautiful mod cons and extras that ultimately are luxury, not necessity, the front door didn't fit the frame, and therefore, you could see through it. The door itself had two large cracks in it that again let through light and a lot of passing noise.

Beautiful room and comfortable bed and pillows, very clean and aircon works well. Staff were amazing, polite, attentive and even arranged on site private morning yoga class for us each day with a local teacher who was great. They didn’t have any lilo’s for the pool so we left ours for other guests to borrow who want to float around in the pool all day with a cold drink.

For us, far too high hi tech, too many remotes. The thumb print access was a pain. Breakfast was ok, Very hit and miss. Day 1 egg Benedict was delicious, day 2 it was stone cold and the muffin was iced in the middle. Accompanying beverages were poor.

JNSQ is a cluster of 6 studios with their own plunge pools. They opened in November, so at the time of our stay, everything was in good condition. Not remotely Balinese in style or curation, rather 50 shades of gray concrete, with black ash veneer furniture. A masculine looking space and very high tech. 8 remotes in total! For us, that’s 6 too many! Your front door is accessed using your thumb print, which kept failing, so the staff kindly set up an access code for us instead. Super comfortable bed, large linen sofa for lounging, smart TV, great bath and the Dyson hair drier a really welcome touch. Fridge and mini bar, coffee machine. Fresh fruit replenished daily. Bath products smelled divine, robes and bath sheets were white and a good size. The pool was set in a small, well planted garden with a cabana for chilling. All pristine, as is the whole complex. Breakfast is pre-lorded (via what’s app) and delivered at your stated time. it is bought in, ditto evening meals, (should you choose) as there is no on site cafe. We had room 2, which despite backing onto the road was relatively quiet. The absolute stars of the show are undoubtably the staff. April and guys were charm personified and constantly went over and above in order to ensure a perfect stay.

The rooms are very technologically advanced. I will say the lights in the room are tricky to use because they’re so tech. We found that quite frustrating and they didn’t get bright enough. That’s the only negative feedback we have

This place is beyond amazing. We had the best stay here. The breakfast was superb everyday, the staff were friendly and the most caring and helpful people I’ve ever met. Seriously, the staff of this villa are amazing. The amenities are great and definitely top off the quality of these beautiful villas.

We loved the facilities, the privacy, how quiet it was and comfortable ( very soft and comfortable pillows) and has blockout curtains. Great amenities ( including Dyson hair drier) The staff were very polite and helpful, from organising taxi to in room service. We got to relax and felt very looked after. Highly recommend the massages as well.
