It’s a magical place, authentic, lots of greenery and flowers, nice Balinese building in wood and bamboo, beachfront, amazing pool area, fantastic food quality, warm, friendly, helpful, genuine and professional staff, harmonious, relaxing. Just a sanctuary!

The area. Our room was very noisy and there was lots of plastic on the beach. I was offered a different room though, but since it was only for a couple of nights (and the first one had passed) my family and I decided to stay where we were.

No gym

Great staff, very service oriented, very flexible. Food was also great and the entertainment program in the eve. Very cosy and relaxing setting. Bar facing south, unforgettable sunsets with a cocktail.

A perfect hotel in every way. The pool villa on the first line is extremely comfortable. The restaurant and the chef are at an extremely high level. Eating on the beach and then enjoying cocktails at the bar overlooking the ocean is great. Special thanks to the waiter Bagus from the restaurant who was extremely kind. Wonderful breakfast and very good service at the villa. The park around the hotel is wonderful for evening walks. We felt no desire to go anywhere else.

not fast enough to clean the room mid-day, at point my room was still messy post breakfast - and my daughter had to sleep so timing is a bit sensitive for us that way. But this is not in any way deter my 9.8/10 score out of this place. Just minor inconvenience on an otherwise perfect NY getaway.

The pool temp was actually a bit too warm, this is the first time ever that I have said this! Incredible!

Outside of the hotel’s control is the filth, plastics, rubbish on the beaches.

Breakfast was buffet and al la carte and had a wide range. The hotel upgraded us to a villa/pool room which was a great surprise and a lovely way to end our trip.

Everything! What a treat! The whole place is an idyllic oasis but the villa pool was particularly great. Also ideal if you need to be close to the airport. Staff were the right level of attentive and very helpful. Just lush….

The wifi didn't work correctly on the first night. They fixed it by the morning and gave us portable wifi device. This was above and beyond.

Loved the architecture. Loved the service. Loved the staff and their attention to detail. They gave us a free upgrade to 2bhk with private pool. It was an amazing stay. The food in the restaurant and breakfast are amazing. The sun loungers with coconut water elevate your stay. It's a great and laid back resort with exceptional service. I don't usually write reviews but this hotel definitely deserves the rating.

Everything was just perfect.

Jimbaran Puri is simply amazing ! From the beautiful gardens and pristine pool to the lovely beach and the constant care of our room during our stay, it was a peaceful and serene retreat. But what truly touched us at Jimbaran Puri was the exceptional staff. Despite our extensive travels, we've never encountered a team quite like this, blending professionalism and warmth in a way that made our stay truly unforgettable. Whether it was Gian's warm welcome at the restaurant, Tude's impeccable service and friendly demeanor, or the efforts of Janu and the rest of the team, we felt genuinely looked after. Even on the beach, Ardika ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. And at breakfast, Ari's attentive service was remarkable. While we can't mention everyone by name, every single staff member made our stay at Jimbaran Puri exceptional. However, we want to express our deep gratitude to Wulan for going above and beyond when we really needed help. Our journey in Indonesia hit a snag due to an unexpected issue, and Wulan took the time to assist us in finding a solution. She guided us through the process, comforted us with her warmth and kindness, and ultimately found a positive resolution to our situation. Wulan's exceptional efforts went beyond her job description, ensuring that we could continue our journey smoothly. Without her, it simply wouldn't have been possible. We sincerely hope that the Hotel’s management will recognize and reward Wulan for her outstanding contribution in making Jimbaran Puri one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Breakfast was excellent with front row views of the ocean. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful 1 bedroom pool villa that was gorgeous and private. The service is outstanding and all staff are warm and kind. The massages were great! The location is very close to the airport so you can be at this lovely quiet property within minutes! Beautiful white sand beach with lots of lounges and umbrellas. It’s a lovely swimming beach with miles of walking right out the door. We loved it!

The only negative about our stay was a wedding hosted at the venue. The sound system was overly loud and disturbed our sleep on our final night stay before an early flight the next morning.

A little outbid the way from other places in Jimbaran, but that was Aldo part of its charm. Perfect for quiet relaxing time.

Second time at Puri Jimbaran. Just a fantastic place. It has everything to feel good. Super beach, super pool, super breakfast, super rooms and super employees. Travelled with the family including a small kid (less than 1 year). The staff did everything to make us feel good. They prepared special food for the kid at our request. Thank you Puri Jimbaran! We will be back!!
