Quite honestly we found nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was excellent and the pool was enjoyed but all our family. The sunset at the beach restaurant was awesome.

hotel doing its best with debris on the beach but Bali has a bit of an issue with beach debris since the pandemic.

astonishing customer service. absolutely fabulous. from reception to breakfast staff to butler & all of the management staff. wonderful premises & rooms & lovely location. we had a butler service which was brilliant too. every staff member had a smile for you & nothing was too much trouble & dealt with instantly.

The whole hotel is designed to embrace the balinese culture yet keeping the Belmond high-end vibe. The staff was impeccable, friendly, discreet and always with a little something to say and put a smile on our face. Always going above and beyond to make us feel special :) The food is beyond amazing at every meal - authentic, local, international and full of flavour! The pool area is beautiful and designed to perfection. The sunset is an unforgettable one. Will keep this hotel on our list to come back!

Nothing, it is pretty pricey however and would benefit from a better standard of cot for babies

Our stay was more than we could have hoped for. The location and view of the beach was amazing and our room was a great size, clean and comfortable. All of the food was exceptional, with a great selection for breakfast and we ended up having dinner at the restaurant every night because it was so good. We were also lucky enough to meet the lovely Chef Adi on our last day who went out of his way to come back and say hello again at dinner and discuss the menu. Staff were courteous and friendly and helped to make our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Chandra, Aprita, Sang, Gede, Itha, Sri and Agus who were all lovely and especially great with our eight month old son who had the best time. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to be able to visit again one day.

There really is nothing much not to like at this resort.

its a beautiful , well run 5 star resort . the rooms are lovely , clean and spacious . the grounds are well kept like a tropical paradise . The staff are so friendly , professional and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable . Breakfast is amazing in a beautiful setting by the big pool . Beach bar , lounge and restaurant area is just perfect and to top it off the food on offer will not disappoint and arrives perfectly presented ;)) The massages and other spa treatments are a delight ;))

My only complaint was that I couldn’t stay for longer!

Well, where do I start? Over the years I have stayed in many luxury resorts and this is by far the absolute best. The beautiful welcome we received from the staff was phenomenal, even Charles the general Manager was there to greet us who was a delight. I want to start with the staff because they were absolutely exceptional. Always attentive without being over bearing, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We needed a Covid test at the end of the trip to travel and they organised for a doctor to come free of charge, they organised surf lessons, and they even found out personally who the photography in the reception was by and designer of the rooms was! It was only a passing intrigue, but sure enough unexpectedly they found the answers! I stayed with my mother, and even the types of toiletries in the room were doubled up for women’s needs, who thinks to do that?? The rooms were absolutely breathtaking, I actually gasped when I entered and the grounds themselves were spectacular. Perfect access to the beach a few steps away, and the pool and surrounding areas were immaculately clean and serene. The decor is beautiful, modern Bali with a European twist. There’s even a shop you can purchase interior items from the hotel. The restaurant was exquisite, I recommend asking your server to suggest what is best for that day, you will not be disappointed! They even offered adorable extras like refreshing free Bali basil and lime drinks on the beach and amuse bouche at dinner. It was also incredibly well priced. When the sun goes down, they brought us mosquito spray, which was a very caring touch. It’s perfect for single people, couples, friends and honeymooners. I could go on forever but I urge you to experience this place. I will not be staying anywhere else in Bali in the future. Jimbaran Puri, you have our hearts.

- property and equipment felt dated e.g. stained sun loungers, holes in towels, shower head in room didn’t work - super deep pool but not very long - a lot of switches in the room e.g. couldn’t find a switch to turn off one of the fans

- Breakfast was excellent, fresh, friendly staff, good selection of quality food. - Spa: friendly staff, good jacuzzi, nice atmosphere of massage in huts outside hearing the ocean waves - herbal tea each evening was a nice touch - live music at the dinner restaurant

It’s a bit tired in places compared to other Belmond properties we have stayed in.

Very lovely staff. Especially the amazing Fauzy who chased us down on a moped as we left because my husband left his glasses behind. Above and beyond!!

We spent with our family 5 nights in a very nice villa with pool. Without any doubt the strong point of the hotel! Globally the hotel is indeed a little bit old - we found it in the same state as during our first stay in 2014...! - and needs some investments to stay at Belmond standards! As it is, the staff and the location make up for some shortcomings, as well as the location in the center of Jimbaran beach (beware despite the efforts of the hotel very very dirty!). The restaurant on the beach is good even though nothing is better than the local seafood restaurants in Jimbaran! Super cocktails Bali Mule to enjoy at sunset! The breakfast is similar to the overall impression left by the hotel a staff at the top but a quality of products not worthy of Belmond and for example much less good than what we found at the St-Regis in Nusa Dua. In the end, a good option with some limits for a few days in Jimbaran ideal to start a stay in Bali given the proximity of the airport. We may try the Four Season next time!
