The Wifi is terrible. You can't stream a movie or work/take video calls here. Extremely loud construction noise constantly right next to the room. No free communal drinking water.

Staff friendly and the room was big and the private kitchen was great. A simple place but good value for money for a longer-term stay. The homestay dog Kiki is a sweetheart.

The shower was powerful however was not great quality. The room where I stayed had a wet room rather than a separate shower area which meant due to the shower not being properly fixed to the wall, the whole room became very wet!

The property has a small but nice secluded pool. The rooms were large and comfortable. The property was in a good location with restaurants and the beach nearby!

there were construction from the building next door which made some noises during the morning but the staff took care of my complain and changed my room :) there could be also an improvement with the WiFi.

the location is great and the rooms were nice and worth the value. the swimming pool was also clean and there were nice people to bond with.

The lady...maybe the boss ? Very agressive when we arrived because we booked with booking.com for 3 people and she wanted to gave us a room for 2 I tried to explained and show the booking but she didn't want to understand and said i had to take a family room... as i didn't want to pay more she became aggressive.

The location was great. An 8 minute walk to the beach and loads of cafes and shops around.

The room was big, but not nice at all, and the bathroom was not very convenient, it was really small and there was not a shower curtain so every time we showered everything went full of water.

Great location, waking distance to the beach and shopping area, close to bars and restaurants. Nice pool area and friendly staff.

my bed had tears on the duvet and some stains. there was also no tv which I was expecting as this is what was advertised.

the pool area is really nice and location is quite central with lots of nice places to eat near by, beaches aren’t far too.

Bathroom was weird as hell. Was just a shower and toilet, no sink. And the bathroom itself had no shower curtain or anything, meaning everything was wet, including the toilet. Oh, and the floor was leaning away from the shower drain, so that Mads everything even more wet.

Our bathroom was a bit smelly and the rooms were quite dark. The pillows could do with being replaced as you could see black dots through the cases. The TV surround is also quite dated and unnecessary.

last time I stayed here was 3 years ago. I found it a very good place to go to after a long day of travel. But sadly it has gone downhill since then. There were parts of the linens and the curtains with stains on them.

There was no hot water in the shower until the 2nd last day of my stay. The toilet is definitely dated and basic, could do with some updating. If you don't leave the toilet door open to air out the toilet, it will stink and remain damp for a long time. They also do not provide drinking water in the rooms, you have to buy from them or from any of the nearby mini marts. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours, the noise from the villa next door and music from the neighbouring club. It wasn't a big issue initially as it was quiet when everyone is asleep, until the NYE weekend rolled around. As other reviewers have also shared, there is no TV in the room, and WiFi connectivity is not stable. There were some mosquitoes around but I already expected them given the monsoon season. My room also had this bamboo structure outside to block the view of the villa next door, but when it was super windy the structure rocked back and forth so much it looked like it would fall. The next 2 days until I checked out they were still repairing the structure.

My room was spacious and relatively clean; though the bed creaks, it was comfortable. Staff were also friendly and responsive. The pool area is nice to lounge at, and the location of the accommodation is very convenient- easy to walk to a number of shops, cafes, restaurants, warungs and the beach.

the room was a little bit dated and worn off, especially the bathroom needs a little update. was no big mirror, just a little one by the basin. in general the staff was super friendly , there only was one situation that could have been handled more professionally- guests from the nextdoor villa started playing their music really loud and it was going straight to my room, when I asked if they could call that villa’s reception to ask them to turn it down , they just said it’s another owner and not their hotel and that’s it. so then I had to go there myself and talk with the reception about my complaint, which was taken care of immediately.

The location was great, close to the beach (5min walking) and some cute restaurants. I loved the pool area, really cozy with the plants and comfortable lounges to sit by the pool. the A/C worked perfectly. I would recommend this place because of the great value for money:)

The room itself was smelly, bad smell of damp off the sheets. The bathroom was disgusting - looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom. The doors weren’t secure so let bugs and geckos in. overall the place is run down and needs a good clean.

The pool area was nice. would do with some umbrellas.
