No air conditioning in lounge area but we knew that before we arrived.

The pool is in the sun so fabulous temperature. Comfortable beds. Fabulous location. 15 minute walk to beach. Lots of restaurants close by. Next door to The Haven and they have great buffet breakfast for $12.

Beautifully presented, spacious 3 double bedroom + communal living zone with a crystal clear swimming pool all enclosed by vvb private wall surround Villa. The 3 bathrooms were also immaculate. We loved it all.

Everything! It was big enough for our family. We love everything about the villa. It was clean, the staffs are accommodating. They offer pickup/dropoff anywhere at a good price. The place is near the market. Good location. Near the mainroad. Lots of food around. Thank you Juada garden! Hope we can go back again!

The Villa was all modern and clean and we had our own private pool. We had Villa 6a which was a 3 bedroom Villa with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. There was also 2 lounge areas with tv’s. The location was fantastic as it was only a short walk to the beach. It was also very quiet despite being close to all the hustle and bustle.

It was all good, only happy memories.

On arriving, the staff were friendly and helpful. The villa was fantastic, with a pool outside the bedroom and the kitchen/lounge. I stayed an extra night because my flight was leaving late, and they gave me a discount and arranged bookings so I could stay in my fabulous unit! The location is brilliant with restaurants and fashion stores close by, a convenience store across the road and the ATM is not far. I loved staying at Juada and will stay again.

There was no lamp for reading next to the bed.

Separeted bungalow with private garden and pool. The bed eas convinient. We loved the privacy of of own pool. Located in directly one of the most busy street of the town. There are lot of restaurant nearby.

Lots of mosquitoes, but we were provided with mozzie coils and spray. Had to keep the bedroom door shut, or would get bitten at night.

The villa was beautiful and spacious. Great value for money. The staff were amazing! Cleaned every day and so helpful and kind. Close to everything you may need.

Few bugs now and then so a mosquito net would have been handy, but that’s all I can say!

3 of us stayed in a villa (3 bedrooms so a room each, we were in paradise 😂) We were so impressed with the villa, after sharing a room in other places we took a leap and had a room each, and was worth it! A bathroom each too, for such a good price. Shower was great, private pool . close to everything in Seminyak.

good location, the staff were great and change our room on our request, the rooms a little tied pool nice and clean a bit in the shade if you want to bake. we had a nice stay the rooms were clean. no room service or restaurant but plenty close by.

Bathrooms? Somewhat dated, hot water took time to come through, but otherwise functional.

The staff were accommodating and made sure to know each of our names. They came and sorted the tv which was in a foreign language to English.

We felt that the Villa and the pool were not clean enough. The kitchen area is poorly mantained. This might not be a downside to everyone but the bathrooms are super open and the shower is not separated but rather in the middle of it so it's likely the whole bathroom will get wet when one showers.

The location of the hotel is great, right in one of the main streets of Seminyak. The Villa is large and comfortable, we were three so it felt huge. The garden is really nice.

Was just a bit too far to walk for me to the beach but good walking distance to Bintang supermarket

The set up was absolutely beautiful, nice and clean and staff were more than helpful and friendly - small kitchen and we were able to cook our own meals some nights which was great
