The breakfast was great, everyone was very nice! They let me store my luggage with them, the location is quiet from the traffic which is a big plus. There is quite a large balcony too.

Great location to centre of town and yet very quiet and away from the noise of the streets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast gets brought up to the room which was a lovely treat. Room was spacious with a balcony. Good value for money

If you have mobility problems this place may not be for you, it's away from the main road and down some little alley ways.

Lovely hosts. This is a little oasis of calm away from the busy roads. It's basic and is clean with a nice breakfast. Host can help with transport and sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Have their phone number ready and someone will come and find you if you can't find it.

Our balcony didnt lock but I’m sure they have fixed that now after we told them. This really is a super cheap and lovely place!

Bathroom smelled a bit weird, maybe like pee. The fan was insanely loud to the point we had to have it on low to sleep. This was fine for me as I don't mind heat, but for my girlfriend it was too hot to sleep. That's pretty much it, just give the bathroom a bit of a bleaching and fix the fan and this place will be budget 5 stars!

For the price really can't complain. Ketut was really nice, always ready for a nice chat and making nice food. Had an ensuite, bed was comfortable. Really central location and again, can't emphasise enough that for the price, this place was amazing!

The bathroom was a wet room that didn’t dry super easy but it was only a small inconvenience.

Really great budget stay. The room was really nice, plenty of space and a beautiful balcony looking out onto trees, nature & surrounding area. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance and you are close to the Ubud market. The area was busy through the day & quiet during the night. The breakfast was SO nice. It gets brought to you every morning on the balcony & the staff are super friendly, welcoming & accommodating to your needs. For the price, this stay is really worth it. Deffo staying again.

Cleanliness was such a high standard (especially in the bathroom) and it was sometimes hard to get in contact with the staff. For example, we got our laundry cleaned and it didn't arrive when we expected so it was a bit of confusion as to when we would get our clothes again.

Nice staff and they have reasonable laundry cleaning prices. You are basically located in the middle of the Ubud markets which is super cool! Also very close to many central Ubud attractions. The price was good for the stay and it included freshly made breakfast and coffee.

I’ve stayed here before and I really like the simplicity of this place. It’s in a great location, the owners are so very friendly and they serve you breakfast on the balcony. i will be back next time again

Unfortunately the wifi wasn't working at all. Maybe it was because of the location of our room or something, but sometimes we couldn't even send WhatsApp messages.

The breakfast was absolutely great! Great host, super friendly and welcoming, thank you so much. The location is good too. You directly have the market street, restaurants and supermarkets are not far either. Price and quality absolutely great!

I liked my stay very much but for improvement, I was missing hand soap and toilet paper in the room. I just bought it myself as it didn't cost much. Lose stone in the shower didn't do anything good.

The bathroom was flooded after we shower because the water had nowhere to go. But they were cleaning it every morning so it was ok

The staff was really nice and helpfull all the time. The Breakfast really good for the money and bring it to the rooms. All of them have a small balcony with table and chairs so this is great. We rented a bike there and they were really good. Really quiet place just in the city center and 1 min away from the market.
