Absolutely everything! We had the best stay at Kaleydo Villas. Every single member of the staff (big shout out to Hardi) were exceptional and could not do enough to make sure we had an amazing holiday and were part of the family. They went above and beyond to make my sisters birthday one to remember with decorations, a cake and a singalong! A beautiful breakfast was delivered to your balcony at your chosen time, and the Afternoon Tea was a great addition (the samosa was delicious). The bed is massive and comfortable with a beautiful spacious bathroom. Located in a beautiful garden setting, with a big clean pool, just off the main beach road and you are provided with free bikes and snorkels if you want them. Honestly, this is the best place I have ever stayed! It made our whole trip that extra bit special.

Wow! This is hands down the best accommodation I have stayed at. It has a real luxury feel at great value. The location was brilliant, just off the main beach and just out of ear shot of the busy streets which made our stay so peaceful. The property has just 6 villas at the moment so service is second to none and all staff know you by name. An amazing breakfast is served on your balcony every morning which was always 10/10 accompanied by fresh juices, lovely coffee and fruit. There is also an option for afternoon tea included in the stay which is a nice touch. The villas are beautiful and the pool is the perfect temperature, as there was only 3 other guests sharing the pool it we mostly had it to ourselves. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and really made us feel at home. We could not fault the cleanliness and rooms were sometimes cleaned twice a day. Overall and amazing stay and we will be bringing our family back very soon!

Kaleydo Villa, to date, has been one of my most remarkable stays. From the exquisite ambiance to the superb location and the exceptionally attentive staff, every aspect surpassed my expectations. Throughout my time there, I felt truly at home, thanks to the warm hospitality extended by each member of the team. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made my stay unforgettable. Without a doubt, they offer every convenience one could hope for in a lodging establishment. From now on, Kaleydo Villa is my sole choice when visiting Gili Island. I am already eagerly anticipating my next visit, as it has become my preferred destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Being rainy season, it was a bit hard to reach the location on the first day, as a lot of the roads are dirt. This is no fault of the staff or the hotel, but just an aspect of staying on the island. The only thing that made it worse for us was that our luggage was lost in transit by the airline. So trying to avoid the muddy puddles was our biggest concern. The only thing to make it better would be if the facility had bath robes, which would have helped us as we had no change of clothes due to our lost luggage. The staff did check, but they didn't have at their property. .

Staff were attentive, food was fabulous (the pancakes were to die for!), treated like family by the end of the stay! Pool was lovely to swim or relax in, free bike hire included in the stay, afternoon tea and breakfast included! Loved every minute of this location and will definitely be back.

Simply stunning place to stay. Set just off the main road for a tranquil getaway. I loved the generous breakfast, large pool, super helpful and kind staff - they made my birthday beyond special and went out of their way. Special mention to Inflata for organising this. Highly recommended.

There's many mozzies in the room and when we sleep at night, there's sound of doors slamming due to the strong wind.

Staff are very friendly and attentive, irs like everything we need are all provided.. bicycles, snorkeling set and etc. We totally enjoyed our stay.

One of the best accommodations I've been to in Asia. The villa is brilliantly positioned as you don't have to use horse drawn carriages which is important if you love animals like me (I had organized a private 15 minute speedboat transfer from Lombok). It is a few minutes away from great restaurants, cafes and the beach, and at the same time the location offers peace and quiet. The rooms are impeccably clean as they are cleaned twice a day, which is a very important factor for me. The front desk staff, especially Jay, is very friendly and polite. I stayed longer, so I received two massages as a gift from the hotel, which were great. In this villa, they take care of you as if you were a member of the family, which was very nice for me as a solo female traveler. This accommodation provides silence, so you can work remotely and Internet is fast enough for video calls. Food is also amazing! The afternoon treat includes cake and coffee or tea, and the breakfast is very tasty and is served when you want on your veranda, which I particularly liked. In short, this villa was the bright spot during my stay in Gili T Island.

Bikes sometimes needed some maintenance, but in saying that as soon as your raised any issues they had someone there within minutes to fix any issues.

Loved our family stay at Kaleydo. The accommodation was just perfect but the staff and the level of service and attention was exceptional. The free use of bikes is also a great value add.

Nothing I didn't like, and that's the truth.

Location, great. Quiet area, 5 mins walk to the main strip. Absolutely delightful staff, each and every one of them. Hardie, Jai, Al and all the others are lovely, genuinely friendly people who can't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean. Large rooms, perfect bed and pillows. Big bathroom, decent water pressure, lots of hot water. Delicious breakfasts, I tried them all and couldn't fault any. It's worth going to Gili T just to stay here!! Loved it!! Pool is one of the cleanest I have used. Wish I could get mine this clean. Free bikes, shoes, and snorkelling gear. Saw 6 turtles in half an hour, snorkelling off the beach close to the villas. Don't worry about the morning prayers waking you up here, you can hear them, but only just. Mick and Ali ❤️❤️❤️

We loved everything about our stay here. The room was lovely and clean, the location was ideal, being very close to the main street but far enough to avoid excessive noise. Staff were truly amazing they made us feel welcome, were very friendly and greeted each guest by name. They even got us a little cake for our honeymoon! The hotel has snorkeling equipment and bikes to borrow and the breakfast was so good ! It was the highlight of our trip and we would definitely recommend staying!

Everything!! This was the best holiday experience we have ever had. The villas are beautiful, clean and in a good location away from the Main Street. The highlight for us was the staff. The most attentive and caring staff I have ever had. I can’t recommend this place more.
