The pool could have a better treatment, you can see the bottom is quite green with algae. The bathroom could be cleaner, nothing too dramatic though.

This place was great! Best stay in our trip, the staff was great, close to beach, good breakfast, we had such a good time we wanted to extend our stay, but they didn’t have space available. They helped book a boat to visit Gili Meno, they also rent snorkeling equipment, great gym inside. I loved our stay there!

I’m glad I chose this place to stay. People that work there are very kind and friendly , I felt very welcomed. The facility is really cute and my room was also nicely designed and clean . Also the decoration that they make for your check in is very nice !! I would gladly recommend to stay in this hotel in Gili Air ,comfortable and friendly :)

Not able to stay longer and try out the numerous veggie restaurants near the beautiful accommodation

Well equipped bungalow with fridge , good air conditioning, quirky bathroom , water/coffee/snack refilled daily , great beachfront location with great breakfast served on the beach . Staff very helpful and even took our luggage (free transfer) to ferry so we could walk back the coast road to harbour one last time

Everything ok

Everything was perfect, room, bed, shower, staff and the breakfast was the best I had my whole holiday. Nice location on the beach for breakfast and also lunch and dinner.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was an absolute dream. The staff are beyond wonderful, so kind and caring. The room although on the smaller size is very thoughtfully done and they give you everything you could possibly need. 5 litres of drinking water per day, for instance!! The beach in front was calm to swim in and very pretty. Snorkel equipment was also provided and we could rent bikes at the property. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. On the whole we just loved our stay. Gili Air is like a slice of heaven! Special mention of Rizaan at the front desk who took great care of us!

It truly feels like a hidden paradise with the best spot for the sun rise on the island!. The location is perfect, with easy access to all nice bars and restaurants, yet once you step inside, you're enveloped in tranquility. The stuff is incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay feel like visiting old friends. Each morning started with a delicious meal and a smile. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, look no further. Highly recommend!

Amazing and always helpful stuff, beautiful private beach, delicious food, very nice and big rooms. Everything was amazing in Kaluku. The gym was was more then enough you need on holidays, very nice and clean swimming pool, beautiful garden. Walking around the gili air i have not seen better place then Kaluku. Highly recommend, when some day I will be back to the island it will be definitely again my stay.

The masseuse is a butcher

Wifi must be improved. Breakfast is good but it takes long time to have it, but is ok! You are on holiday on Gili islands!

Very nice location on the beach, we found also some turtles! Very good breakfast. Welcoming staff. I asked to organize a little welcome for my friend (was her birthday) and was amazing, when we arrived we found them singing in the room and the room was all decorated with flowers. They give you all necessary to do snorkeling.

Only minor niggles were no power outlet by the bed, pool was too warm to use, and the air conditioner struggled

An absolutely stunning place to stay. Couldn't fault the location, its beautiful! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Snorkelling right off the beach, fins and masks no charge. Bikes available to help yourself, also no charge.

Gili Air is a wonderful destination. Very pretty. No noisy motorbikes or cars. Easy to walk around or cycle. Kaluku Resort is on the beach and you can swim out to the coral reef and snorkel. Saw lots of turtles- green turtles and hawksbill as well as fish & corals. Staff were great and attentive. Breakfast was good and lovely to sit on the beach whilst eating! Rooms comfortable and great shower/bathroom. Bed was a bit hard for us! .

Room next door was being renovated and it was a bit noisy.

Perfect location for snorkelling, found turtles 2 out of 3 days. Rooms are lovely, food is good and the staff and friendly and helpful.

The service is exceptional, especially for the price range. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyday water and snacks complimentary. They rent out snorkel equipment and bicycles for a very reasonable price. Breakfast is great. We had pancakes, eggs and fresh fruit every morning. They have a wide variation of foods in the restaurant. You actually have no need to go out but that would be a shame cause Gili Air is a lovely island to explore.
