Bed mattress was way too hard and would’ve loved an extra two bed pillows. And we found the gym hard to breath in with not ventilation.

Depending who you are staying with, some people may find the outdoor bathroom a little awkward to use if staying with friends or family.

Very modern & clean villa in a great central location. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Bedroom was huge, with a big walk in robe. The attention to detail with the cleaning was really impressive (things like fingerprint marks cleaned off the toilet buttons daily). Really good coffee shop near by called ‘How I Met Coffee’. The villa exceeded my expectations, despite reading a lot of positive reviews beforehand. The housekeeping staff gets a special mention for how friendly & helpful he was, his name was daydee (not sure on spelling sorry), but really appreciate his efforts to make me feel welcome. Highly recommend this place.

Nothing. The only thing I could comment on is not having a flat sheet underneath the quilt. We just prefer to sleep with one at home and when on vacation.

Everything was exceptional. Having a water filter in-house was fantastic instead of wasting plastic. A lot of room and well laid out.

The hot water heater is very small, so we did not have enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi. The location is in an alley, so Grab cars can sometimes get lost. If you order food delivery, make sure to use the actual location and not the name of the villa.

Loved the villa's layout. We made use of every room. The kitchen was small but practical. The living room had a nice couch and a huge TV. The bedroom had a hanging TV. AC was very cold.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. I’ve lived in Bali for 6 years now and stayed in a lot of places. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here - book it!

I loved everything! From the moment I walked in I fell in love with the place. Super clean, bright and airy. Even though you’re close to everything it’s still really peaceful. The staff were so sweet and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the coffee machine was a godsend! Enjoying a flat white by the pool in the morning was simply divine. I will definitely be coming back to stay - I didn’t want to leave!

Everything. The Villa was very spacious and private. The ability to create indoor/outdoor space from every room was great. The staff were amazing. I really can’t say enough about how accommodating they were and how they just wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Loads of privacy, loved the pool, Sun loungers, bubble bath and showers, bed was very comfy! All the facilities available were amazing! It was really perfect for the days I needed to do the last few things of my long holiday, in the heart of Seminyak, close to all the party stuff, but without all of the noise. The staff let me put my luggage on hold till 5pm because my flight was late on the day of checking out. They were very kind and welcoming!

Toilet outside, but that is common on Bali. Pillows were too large for us, so we used smaller ones for the sofa. Coffee maker was not working, but got instanly replaced

Extremely helpful and polite stuff! Very nice and huge sofa to relax and watch TV. I don’t know if it was sound proofing or low season, but we never heard any noise from the neighbors inside the villa.

The hot water wasn't working upon arrival we had to wait until next day to get it fixed but the staff were helpful and gave us late check out and offered access to another villa. The doors by the pool need urgent maintenance they don't open properly.

The stairs aren’t knee friendly and there’s no handrail so it’s a bit risky.

The location is central so many things are walking distance. The TV is great for late night movies. There’s a 24 hour mart in front of the building. The staff is great. I forgot an item and they contacted me about it and allowed me to pass by on my way to the airport and use an access code to enter the front office to pick it up.

The coffee machine, I didn't try too hard but I couldn't figure it out. The entrance door to the villa might need some attention, didn't feel as secure as it could.

What I liked the most was that it's the First place I've stayed in many, that the pool was actually cold haha. 10 points just for that! The bed was very comfortable and just felt very relaxed. In a very good location. Definitely wanting to stay next time I come.
