Bathroom gets wet easily. Shower area should be more enclosed. Provide sliding door, curtain, etc.

Better breakfast spread. We did not use breakfast facilities based on previous experiences.

The Room is quite small even taking the biggest category but the price compensate it. The wall paper papers peeling off but hidden by the curtain.

Probably the best Room/Price Ratio and nearest to Centre Point Mall which is much calm than Sun Plaza & Podomoro. It is also near to the Train Station in which the train also goes direct to the Airport. There are seversl textiles shops at the back opposite Centre Point with reasonable price.

The front main road is quite small and very crowded. Luckily we walk to the mall is using back door, which is much better to walk.

Access by car is a little problem, due to the city road works, as a foreigner, one will struggle to find the way around as road directions change daily at this moment

Location, it is right next to a Shopping mall with lots of good restaurants and 200m from Tengah lot of restaurants in a park. It within walking distance

There were a few issues but irrelevant to discuss due to having the pleasure of meeting Bambang Harsoyo (room division manager), one of the most professional, understanding individuals I have come across, he demonstrated great empathy from being apologetic and resolving my issues. He upgraded my room and arranged a lovely gesture (see the image). Karibia Boutique Hotel needs to promote this man! My ratings are based upon his professionalism. Bambang is the blueprint for success for any hotel. Thank you, my friend 👊

I order non smoking room but I got smoking room. the hotels staff tried to remove the smoking smell in the room, not so bad but in the corridors hotel still smell smoking cause the room in the smoking floor.

Excellent location next to the hospital and central train station, and the restaurant was good (I usually hate hotel restaurants). Staff was eager to assist.

Super comfy room, good location. Walking distance to a mall, and also train station. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. There is a spa in the hotel premises too, was such a pleasant surprise. A row of textiles shop in the back, good for people looking for materials etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Quite far from the city center (walk) we didnt noticed that actually the happening side is at the other side of the city (near marriot, pahlawan etc) however it is easily reachable if by grab and others.

The location is very strategic. The bed was comfortable. Easy access to the mall. The staffs were very attentive. Overall good hospitality. And i fell safe walking from the train station to the hotel and to the mall.

Cheap stay close to the Train to the Airport, clean, nice staff. Great various selection of "Indonesien/Asian" Breakfast. Almost no "continental" Breakfast.

Beans 33 breakfast, refill of the food is slow. Most of the time, running out of food. What they have is rice, noodle and bread. Amenities are always emptied

Very noise…! We can hear the voice from other room and kids run all the time along the coridor and kept presses the bell till mid night.

Facility. The kettle is too small, provided tables are small and provided soap is not liquid type. Another unpleasant thing happenning during my stay was the electricity dropped every night for no reason even though it's only for 1 or 2 mnts. Everytime it's happenning, I have to turn on & reset the room AC again.
