In simple terms everything! The staff, breakfast and location were all perfect! We had lunch at the restaurant a few times and the service and food was high quality too. Also the water dispenser is a lovely touch and something I miss more places had.

The best place to stay in Gili ! Staff is amazing, beyond expectations. They help you arrange everything you need (transport, activities, laundry). I have extended my stay because I was having a great time in Gili, and there was no other place I would rather stay than Katara. Room is neat, a/c works well, swimming pool is nice, breakfast really good. Location is great as well. Thanks again to all the staff, thanks to Ayu and Wira for their everyday smile and friendly chatting. When I come back to Gili I will stay here for sure !

The room was spacious and clean. They even had sanitary pads in the washroom which was very thoughtful. The location is nice, it is peaceful and away from the port area but still at a walkable distance from it. The staff is really friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the unlimited coffee is a cherry on top. Had a great time chatting with Bonny and Veera. Highly recommend staying here :)

1. Each guest room features an adjacent storage room, but the design includes a small glass window connecting to it, causing disturbances when staff turn the lights on and off at night 2. Swimming pool 3. Breakfast 4. Bathroom could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. 5. The entrance’s ambiance is marred by the unsightly amount of garbage strewn on the street in front of the hotel, detracting from its appeal.

Very clean, bright and comfortable. Towels and shower gel provided, and fresh water with a working fridge to keep it cool. The wifi was the best I encountered on my trip, as a remote worker I didn’t need to hotspot my phone at all! The location was close to the beach and plenty of food options around. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. For the price this property exceeded my expectations :)

Great location away from the main strip, so nice and chilled, but close enough to get to all the main places by bike or a leisurely stroll. lovely room, with all the mod cons. swimming pool and chill out area also good when you don want to stay inside. in-house kitchen with a great menu and they even prepared something special just for me. attentive staff which made me feel right at home from the moment i checked in. will be back soon!

The bathroom is exposed to outdoors so is quite warm. Shower does not have cold water. Pool was under treatment at the time of our visit so we couldn't use it unfortunately.

Well located, 10 min walk from centre of town, port and beach. Restaurant on site is excellent, amazing beef rendang and great breakfast which was included. Staff very nice and helpful.

Soo clean and modern and beautiful and comfortable!! Like a little mini 5 star hotel! I loved this place! They literally think of everything and every little detail for the room that no other hotels at this budget think of! I’d definitely stay here again!! I slept the best of all my stays in Indonesia. Bed is so soft clean and comfortable with amazing 4 pillows! Super clean and thought out thank you!
