Very comfortable bed, relaxing atmosphere, and warm staff. The location is on the street, near many restaurants and spa shops, but it is still very quiet. Although small, I would definitely stay here next time.

Everything was perfect!

This small and cozy hotel is placed close to the main street with restaurants, shops and hotels. However, it’s quiet there as the hotel is separated from the noisy street by the beautiful narrow path which leads you deep into the garden. Very supportive stuff. Airport transfer was arranged perfectly. As we’d arrived at midnight, we were checked-in immediately with possibility to pay later in the morning. Then we have to check-out very early in the morning and the breakfast was served specially for us earlier than usual. The breakfast is decent btw, you can choose between some options. A terrace for breakfasts is very beautiful as the whole territory of this hotel. There are all necessary things in the room: a comfortable bed, sleepers, shower accessories. The room itself is quite spacy and comfortable. We hardly can find any fault and strongly recommend this hotel.

The WiFi was weak and at times did not work. We had to go into reception area -

The secluded environment, pool and temple gardens. The room was more than we had expected and idyllic. We were just 30 metres from the very busy road, yet could not hear the traffic or bars. The owner and staff were helpful, and made sure we were cared for. And arranged our boat trip and tickets when we could not - highly recommend

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The air conditioning was icy cold! We left a villa because their aircon stopped working, and kayu sugih promised if their air con wasn’t good enough, they wouldn’t charge us. It was beyond good!! Beautiful room, big bed, big pillows, cute pool, beautiful breakfast area with decent breakfasts (and instant Nescafé coffee which I was craving!!) nice bathroom, great shower. The room had a small fridge which we need for our drinks and yakult. Close to many shops and restaurant and massages. About 15 minute walk to big shop Arta Sedana with fixed prices which was fantastic. We loved everything about our stay here

The breakfast provided was vey nice, fresh fruit and muesli bowl was exceptional. Pool area small but very clean and water temperature was perfect.

Can't think of even one thing I didn't like. It would be helpful to receive information about landmarks to help find the turn-off for the alley on the main road. I gave my driver the phone number, and he called to get directions. Google maps won't work for this hotel.

Kayu Sugih is a beautiful small "palace" at the end of a green tunnel of bamboo. It was quiet even though in the midst of a busy area. The garden & pool area is very attractive and well manicured. My room was comfortable and spacious with everything working well. The breakfast was very good. I especially liked that they served Bali coffee that one makes oneself instead of filtered weak coffee served by other Bali hotels where I've stayed.

Check out time was at noon and they did not tolerate any stay beyond 12 o’clock. At 11:55. They asked for my bags at 12 o’clock. I was in the shower and they asked when I was leaving. Not a good way to end this day.

This is a beautiful spot with a very dramatic, romantic bamboo entranceway down the road. Beautiful temple at the back behind the pool.
