Everything was fantastic! We felt so welcomed by the wonderful staff and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the entire resort, as well as breakfast and pool area.

The living room area could have been cleaned better. We found a toe nail on the couch. The Aircon in our room was a little noisy. There's also no cover from rain once you leave your room. The pool in our room looked old and garden area could use some sprucing up.

The location was perfect. We could walk to all the popular restaurants and hotels nearby. The staff was very helpful. We had a dispenser in our hotel room.

Can’t really fault anything much at this place except limited bar stock if I had to choose something.

The staff here were amazing. Very friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Little extras like car service into the main shops were an added bonus. Clean and rooms were fantastic.

Room was very comfortable and well maintained with daily cleaning. Had it's own private pool and basic kitchen facilities. Food was outstanding and the service impeccable - nothing was a problem and the team was so helpful. Location awesome - walking distance to beach, shopping and bars & restaurants (all with great food).

Was a beautiful hotel, everything was perfect! Ranging from the staff, the breakfast and the hotel as a whole. Also very reasonably priced. Only a 5 min walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

Great location, nice breakfast & amazing coffee, 2 bed villa was great for our family of four & cleaned well daily. Shared pool is really nice with swim up bar & loungers & loved the common area being out of the sun when it was so hot. The staff are incredible, they are so friendly and attentive and were amazing with our two young children.

Despite being in the centre of Seminyak the hotel feels quiet and tranquil. The staff were all so friendly and we were surprised with a lovely arrangement in our room upon checking in after we mentioned we were celebrating our honeymoon.

The only thing I can really fault is to have more fans in the dining reception area as it got quite hot and stuffy.

The property was very clean and quite modern. The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to cater for you. Happy hour cocktails by the pool was a great atmosphere. Would recommend the cooking class it was a great experience and food was Devine. Spa service was also great at reasonable price.

Clean, perfect location within waking distance of the beach, potato head, Mrs Sippy and Mexicola. Mix of up market and traditional shopping, including markets. Staff were amazing. Gorgeous rooms, private plunge room, 24/7 reception and room service. Reasonable prices for onsite laundry service.

The dark lane way you use to reach the resort.

The rooms were gorgeous and so comfortable. Great pillows of different heights & a comfy bed. I ordered room service one night which was the wagu burger & that was tasty. The spa is stunning and so much nicer than street massages. I had a 90 minute massage & it's 20percent off before 3pm. The reception staff were lovely & very helpful.
