Just wow. I think I've travelled halfway around the world and stayed in all sorts of luxury hotels, but this totally exceeded my expectations. I can't thank you more for the absolutely amazing service, helpful and smiling staff who always accommodated our requests (e.g. a new thermos of hot water for the baby every day, scented sticks against mosquitos every night...). They were always very willing to give advice and help with anything that was needed. The accommodation was beautiful, large, clean, Bali style. If we visit Ubud next time, we will 100% choose this accommodation again, even among all the much more luxurious hotels in the area.

Would have enjoyed a kettle and refrigerator in the room. Could not make the room dark at night as there were spotlights behind the building so light came through windows at the top of the back wall. I had to use eyeshades to sleep.

I thought the location down a narrow path and far off the main street was beautiful and quiet. Still, it was close to walk to many choices of good tourist restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the view from my room, which was adjacent to the pool.

Some ants in my bathroom, but I asked for a spray and then they were gone

I totally felt like home there. All the stuff of the hotel were so kind to me. Although it's in crowdy Ubud it's a pretty nice, quiet little place of paradise! You can ask the stuff also, if you need a driver and they show you the spots where you want to go, or which they suggest. Thanks especially a lot to Jos, Wayan and Moly (which I unfortunatelly haven't seen to say goodbye!) So thank you!! It was a pleasure to me!

Some members of staff were too pushy, on the verge of harassment. A particular young member of staff would over step the boundaries and would not leave me alone, passing inappropriate comments. another older member of staff pushed to sell his jewellery rather insistingly

Excellent location in the centre of Ubud, but tucked away in a quite alley in nice surroundings. lots of nature around: can see frogs, butterflies, praying mantis, bats, birds etc.

Kebun Indah was much better than any expectations. I booked the Deluxe Room with pool view and it was incredible; not many people were swimming in the pool so the area felt very relaxing and private. The staff was amazing and always available in case of help. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, you can choose among different options, simple but very genuine. Every afternoon they ask you for tea or coffee and serve you also small bites, such as a piece of cake. The room is cleaned every day with great care. I also appreciated that every evening they would put a mosquito coil outside the room. The location is perfect, I couldn’t ask for more: right in the centre of Ubud (pretty much everything you want to see is reachable by walking), yet a bit far from the traffic - as it is positioned in an internal and quite street. I would 100% recommend and book again in the future. Booking through the Genius pro frame gave me quite a lot of discount, so for me also value for money is a 10/10.

I think they should put a mattress protector on the bed, and a sheet that fits the entire mattress ;) Also I would like to ask if the owner pays the service charge to their staff- they really deserve it!

I stayed in Padma room- so big and roomy, great balcony, great bathroom. I loved the pool and as a solo traveller I felt very safe. I felt like the staff were really looking out for me. Breakfast was great too! Location was in the centre of Ubud but 100mtrs down a path so it felt as if you were really away from it all. Staff were amazing.

I loved this place so much! Its not just beautiful and comfortable and clean but the staff is exceptional! It's like being part of a family, I felt very much cared for! not the best wifi unfortunatnately and fon't take the first room when you enter the property that is the only one without balcony and outside sofa to rest. all the remaining rooms are totally awesome. great place!

Amazing hidden gem in the center of Ubud. Close to everything, but hidden from the noisy streets. Our apartment Padma had incredible views. The spacious private terrace is ideal for dining or meditation or reading a book. The room with large windows and slide door to the terrace gave perfect views and light. Watching the garden in the sunrise light directly from the bed is worth waking up early every day.

There are some bugs in the room and from where google maps says the location is is not correct from there you have to walk in a little alley. However, this is not difficult to find. If you have knee problems or very heavy suitcases this can be a problem!

Loved our stay here!!! Amazing staff and the breakfast was exceptional. The little pool is also amazing and romantic after a morning of walking in the rice fields or monkey forest. Also good location near the monkey forest. Very romantic vibe and lovely getaway with your partner. Would def recommend staying here!

everything was exceptional. breakfast on the balcony overlooking the rainforest, stunning gardens and pool, beautiful staff. the small touches like turning my outside light on at night and burning a mozzie coil by my door. right on the Main Street, but tucked away so it feels like you are miles away in paradise.

It’d be perfect if the opening hour of the pool gets a bit prolonged :) nothing else!

The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful; there’s a very good selection of excursions proposed by the hotel which are also charged with reasonable prices. Last but not the least, the breakfasts are AMAZING: a myriad of options and you’ll never get bored even during a long stay! I’d love to stay here again.

we really loved our stay in Kebun Indah :) the location, the friendly staff, the spacious apartments were even above our expectations! :) the location is walking distance (1 minute) from very nice restaurants, massage places and everything that you wish for. Still, you don’t a hear a sound of the traffic on the street in the apartments. the pool area is amazing, the breakfast is great as well. As you can read we can highly recommend it! don’t look any further, this is the best place with a very good value for your money! Will definitely come back!

Bed was creaky, but that is a small detail.

Beautiful room with large decorated bathroom. Staff were really kind, picked us up and dropped us at the airport for a reasonable rate. Ample breakfast choices. Garden towards the pool was really pretty with nice details. Afternoon tea with local cake was included and they even arranged my favourite klapon snack after I mentioned how much I like the taste.
