The bathroom was dirty, hadn't been scrubbed in a long long time. The drain was so filled with muck that it reeked when water went down. There was a bird's nest with a family of birds in the bathroom fan which was weird but actually kind of sweet. Bedding didn't appear to be clean, lots of stains etc. No bed bugs and to be honest that's what I care about. The location was okay, not too noisy. Staff were nice, but hardly saw them. I think that with a little more attention to detail, this could be an amazing, affordable stay in Legian.

Kiki Residence was such a horrible place to stay that I had to move to another hotel after only been staying for 1 night. The AC didn't work, the room was dirty, the shower area flooded when taking a shower, and there were moulds on the walls and ceilings. I told the admin regarding these. They directed me to the owner through phone number, but when I called the owner didn't respond. So, the admin moved me to another room in hope the AC would work there but turns out everything is in the same condition. I tried to reach the owner regarding these concerning situations in hope some improvements can be done and that no future guests would regret staying in the hotel like me. Still, she didn't respond. In the end, moved to another hotel. Even though it was cheap, it was not a suitable condition for any guest to stay in such room with no working Air Con in a hot Bali Weather. What a shame

Very dirty, the bathroom and room was awful and the bedding literally had blood and other stains on it! We ended up sleeping with our own towels and sarongs to prevent us from touching the sheets. AC did not work and there were loads of insects and creatures. Very dark and damp, staff were also no where to be found and when we did eventually find someone to check in they were so rude - it was shocking! Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, luckily we only did 1 night and ran out the door the following morning.

Honestly, we have nothing very positive to say about this stay .. price was okay but you definitely get what you pay for.

The reality of the hotel does not correspond to the pictures at all, everything is in a terrible state, the walls are crumbling everywhere, there is dampness and mold everywhere, it’s even impossible to breathe there. This is a violation of sanitary standards. take care of your life and do not come to this place, and of course save your money

Room smelt horrific, coming from toilet and shower room. Poorly cleaned, and by that I mean only the use of a brush, bin and mr muscle spray. We seen them cleaning while sat in the lobby waiting area. Bedding was stained and was not changed. Specks of what looked like blood. And who knows what else. White sheets that were brown, pillow cases stained with dirt and smelt like sweat. Shower head was hanging on the floor next to the toilet. Holes above the door.

I booked a second night in the property after the first and this was not recognised so i was woken up to be told that it was no longer my room and i must check out, at 11pm! i showed her my booking and explained that i could not pay for the room until the next morning as there was no one at reception and no one answering my message!
