Was extremely spacious and clean! Very large Bathrooms connected to each bedroom and huge pool! Would happily return!

Only the WiFi can improve. There are two availables but in the back rooms in the compound wir low bandwidth. That is the only remark.

Beautiful villa in the north of Seminyak. Spacious rooms, translucent walls in the bedrooms, a living room to chill the whole day and a pool the is 15m long and very good for relaxation. The staff was very friendly and helpfull Would come again anytime. Go for it 😁

One of the bedrooms AC didn't work on the first night so my kids and I had to camp out in one bedroom. The staff tried to fix it but didn't work so we waited the next day for the other electrician to have it finally fixed. I know this could happen but I hope they had it checked before we checked in which was in the evening. The credit card terminal wasn't working for 2 days so I had to do the bank transfer which was a bit of a hassle. This is not so much of a big deal for others but this might be a problem for other travelers who expected they could pay by credit card with less hassle. Maybe the property could indicate that in the future.

The staff were really friendly and polite! You really feel the warm welcome because they make you feel at ease. The location of the villa is also fabulous! Just a stone throw away from all the good restaurants along Petitenget. The villa design is also amazing!

The only 2 choices for breakfast were rice or noodles which for me is a bit too heavy for breakfast. So we decided to order breakfast on an app and get it delivered.

The location was very central. We had a motorbike so we could get everywhere easily. The room, the pool and outside bathroom were beautiful. It gave a very luxurious feeling being able to slide from bed into the pool. It was nice ordering some food and having lunch next to the pool. It was quiet and you have a lot of privacy and good tanning spots. Great value for what you get back.

We found lizard in the pool, the staff was attentive once we asked to clean it up. Our neighbors were pretty loud, somehow we could here what their chats.

Rooms and bathroom are spacious. Kitchen is also available if you prefer to cook something rather going outside.

Water pressure for shower head was quite low and breakfast quite limited (minor points).

So beautiful, just like the photos! Comfy bed and good amenities. Gede and team were so pleasant and accommodating. The villa is in a great location.

Nothing, if you are coming to Seminyak, this is a great place to stay. Close to the action but blissfully peaceful. Beaches and restaraunts close by.

The towels and bed sheets were stained and not clean. This also after they were supposedly changed with new, clean ones. Also, there were many little worms in the room as well as ants and mosquitos. We got some insect sprays for our second night and it was better. This is mostly because it is a villa, so insects are inevitable.

The villa looked really cool at night - the pool has lights and makes a great atmosphere. Very nice for photos and modern design throughout. Room is equipped with kitchen. Location very good - close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good but only had Asian dishes, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer continental breakfast.

bed was a bit soft. TV only had local channels and bad reception for these. They were a bit disorganised. had to ask for a safety box, they thought there was one and came to check, but alas, no. I had to ask for a kettle and cup, they thought there was one, so they came to check, but alas not.

Pool wasn’t the cleanest and was cold. Geckos and insects in the room (which I get is normal in Bali, but I’m not fond of geckos). Staff did come and spray insect spray when we mentioned it but I think for nearly £100 a night this should’ve been the case already, there shouldn’t be bugs and insects in the room.

Villa was decent especially if you want your own private space, but seems a bit outdated. I think it definitely could’ve been cheaper. Glad there was a net around bed.

The villa is abit torn down. Many ants by the pool side. Dinning area is outdoor which can’t use during heavy rain.

The staff are all friendly, they provide free transport within seminyak area if the transport is available. They will help you to turn on light for the swimming pool and outdoor dinning area. Overall a good experience for me.
