The property is at a great location and only a few minutes walk from Finns and the beachfront! Rooms were simple but very comfortable, staff were friendly and always helpful. Great place with a lovely rooftop pool!

In our firts room, the balcony door was broken so the staff provided us with another room. Without a balcony and not to the roadside (more quiet side).

Nice hotel with a pool on the rooftop. Also, they serve breakfast and have a restaurant (did1nt try because found nice, local place to eat). The room was big, and comfortable, with a shower and TV (has Netflix). We liked the location - near the sea, and beach clubs (If you stay in Koa you can go for free to Atlas beach club). In our firts room, the balcony door was broken so the staff provided us with another room. Without a balcony and not to the roadside (more quiet side). On the opposite side of hotel, you will find a small shop, an amazing spa with massage.

The rooms didn’t have a balcony, this didn’t bother us but just as a heads up if you’re wanting that, The shower was not great, the shower head sprayed all over the place and wasn’t the most pleasant of showers but minor, the room was generally very clean

The property was very well located, could walk to Finns, less than 10 minutes and Atlas beach club is at the end of the road, it was also within walking distance of great food places too and the beach, The roof top pool was amazing looking out over the sea and the surroundings, The beds were very comfortable and the room includes free water and a fridge which was great Friendly staff

Not much around in walking distance but easy to get a lift on a bike. Finns and atlas beach clubs are only 5 minutes walking though

The breakfast was awful, what was there was cold or soggy very little choice, let down the stay else would of given higher score, even got there earlier the next day and was just as bad

**Room for Improvement:** The room could be a little more comfortable; the bed was a little hard to sleep on as was the desk chair, the window could use a clean, and I was a little disappointed they didn’t give me a room with a balcony. But overall a great stay!

**Excellent Aspects** Staff here are exceptional, always ready to help and happy to greet you. The rooftop pool is lively, perfect for a dip and to read or write or meet fellow Travelers. Breakfast offers a good variety, and the location is ideal, close to the beach and surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants around the corner.

They require a 500,000 deposit or take all passports as deposit. As we were leaving Bali the next day, we chose to use our passports as a deposit as we didn’t want to have lots of cash left over.

The facilities were great including a rooftop pool with a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor. The room is pretty basic but good value for money. Free entry into Atlas Beach Club was a great added bonus!

Everything was great, it was a little bit loud early in the morning working on the bamboo frames outside, but can't complain of anything else and I understand that maintenance is needed.

The food and drinks was very nice, loved the swimming pool and neat with friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.

The kindness of staff members

The location is great - near to the Beach, restaurants etc. The service of staff is fenomenal - like a 5 star hotel! 1am in the morning my neighbour started to sing and listen music. I called the reception to communicate with the neighbour. The security guy was there in 5 mins! Pool was fast always empty. I was hesitating a bit about booking it (I thought it is like a hostel with parties)- but it was a very positive experience!

The hotel is close to big night clubs and the beach but it was a little far from the center and lush streets of Canggu. Also the rooms had quite poor lighting.

We loved the rooftop terrace and pool! Nice views and refreshing wind up there. The room was clean and comfortable with a large window (+balcony). Nice decor and interior at the common spaces. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely!
