Due to the lighting in the Villa, it was hard to read my book at night, so best to have a book on a device.

Everything!!! Proximity to Mushroom Bay. Breakfast was delicious and more than I could eat - almost! Pool was in typical Balinese style with lovely palm trees and frangipani trees surrounding it. It was very refreshing and kept clean. Grounds were well maintained by Kadek's (owner) employees who never seemed to stop working! Villas are island style and comfortable with an outdoor shower and toilet. Air-conditioning worked efficiently.

Rooms were a little dark but it’s a traditiional bungalow and that’s the design. Some hooks in the bathroom area would be ideal for hangjng wet swimwear - more an observation rather than a complaint.

Great quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. The gardens are really well kept. Beds were super comfy and rooms were cool with good air-con. Great for families/groups. Omelettes were a really good choice for breakfast. Pool was lovely…and a refreshing welcome from the heat.

Peaceful, good location, quiet , friendly staff , sufficient breakfast, nice pool , smaller property but well spread out, nice rooms with veranda and chairs , you can hear the music from the restaurant up the road each night but it stops early so not a bother , loved the chooks and baby chickens roaming around

Everything was great but if we could say one thing we were a bit disappointed they weren’t doing cocktails at the time as it would’ve been nice to have some drinks there!

We loved our sat at the Koji garden huts! We ended up extending our stay. Lovely breakfasts each morning with fruit and juice! Perfect location just a 5 minute walk to mushroom beach. We borrowed bikes for 2 days to explore the island. The best part for us was the snorkelling trip we booked with them! There was only us and another couple and it was perfect exactly what we wanted and were so happy to see Manta Rays at Manta Bay! Honestly highly recommend doing it through them compared to big group which is also way more expensive. Also two puppies there are so so cute! Overall highly recommend :)!

Kadek and family were so welcoming, bungalows were clean and the beds were so comfortable. We ate dinner twice there and it was great fish caught that day by Kadeks brother. Snorkeling was fabulous. Easy walk or bike ride to beach clubs and other parts of the island. Dunia yoga is a short walk.

Maybe there were life music every evening from 19-22pm in the big restaurant close to Koji Garden.

The aircon was a bit slow, so during the night it was quite hot. The beddings were clean but a bit old and yellow.

We had a lovely stay at Koji Garden. The owner, Kadek, was proactive and responsive when we had a question. He arranged our boat trip to and from Sanur, which went smoothly. The cottage is exactly as it’s on the pictures. Bed was comfortable and clean and so were the towels. Breakfast was basic, but we like it like that. During our stay, we were mainly in contact with the staff (woman and two guys) who were very friendly and always approachable.

Was a little dark in the rooms, it’s traditional timber build, made for an excellent night sleep though! Could hear music from corner restaurant but it was always quiet by 10pm.

Great location, walk to Mushroom Beach or Tamarind Beach. Outdoor Bathrooms were really big, they asked for feedback, only suggestion was to put a large paver as a stepping stone out of the shower amongst the pebbles (the other shower was a slightly different layout). We had a conjoined family Villa, two full bathrooms was great. Mozzie nets worked well, no one got bitten 👍🏻 Peaceful garden, pool was great with good sunbeds. Staff were lovely and breakfast was the BEST! crepe style banana pancakes, how the Balinese used to make them. I don’t like thick fluffy ones which seem to be on all menus in Bali. Coffee and fruit was great and try the mix juice, delicious. Cute fluffy dog on-site with incredibly friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved it.

Location, best OJ ever!, welcome drink, nice bungalow with good lighting and half outside bath room. I love these airy and big bath rooms. Beach towels for a great pool! Good breakfast. And 2 young male staffers that are steadfast in their work and service.

The only issue we had was the door wouldn’t shut properly, however we never felt unsafe so it wasn’t a massive issue!

The family who own it are super welcoming, they helped us with getting a ped, finding places to eat, and everything else we needed during our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, and have everything you’d need (kettle, mini fridge, aircon etc). The bed was super comfy, the shower pressure is good & it’s hot, and the pool was lovely too! Everything was amazing, we even stayed 2 extra days!

Everything just perfect

Such an amazing spot, everything is perfect. It is the combination of Indonesian hospitality + tourist comfort. At first we stayed there for 3 nights and then we wanted to come back, and stayed for another week. It was the best place for us. Tasty food, variety of services (restaurant, massage, snorkelling, taxi, tours) friendly stuff, nice clean rooms. Very comfortable location, close to beaches and and restaurants. I will be missing this place and definitely will come back

Beautiful gardens, comfortable beds, dark huts which were great for sleeping, delicious breakfast, great location, walking distance to beach/restaurants and lastly accomodating & helpful staff (especially with our 1 & 2 yr old!).
