The surrounding area is somewhat run-down, and breakfast is not included in the price, which feels a bit high for what it offers.

The room is spotless and impressively spacious. We adore the decor. The sheets are clean, and it features a modest kitchen equipped with basic cooking utensils, allowing us to prepare our own breakfast.

Great location, close to most things in town. As a diver it was very close to the Marina. Front desk staff were great, especially Alex.

The bed is a bit tough and hard. But that’s probably a personal preference.

We chose a suite with a kitchen and the room is incredibly spacious. The staff downstairs helped us do our laundry and find a great one-day tour provider to Komodo Island. It was indeed a pleasant stay.

The smell of sulfur from the bathroom. I know this is a tiny town with little plumbing but I stayed elsewhere & they didn’t have the same issues.

Near the center but not in it & the hotel has a lovely restaurant downstairs.

The noise. There is a mosque quite near, which is very loud. So it's ok if you are an early bird. If you want to sleep on your vacation more, you should count with the early prayers, 4am, then cocks and hens and village life. Besides this there is a school just next. So great place, but not quite

Very very clean and extremely comfy bed, slept so well! Great location and great view from the room, really helpful staff who are there 24/7 and the room got cleaned every morning with fresh water filled up in the bottles provided! Could have stayed longer

Room had a sink, kettle, hot plate a few dishes but no washing up gear. No tea or coffee etc

The room was quite big with good a/c and a full size fridge. Bottomless cup for drinking water. The Baccala restaurant was excellent.

We liked everything

I was traveling with 2 of my friends, unfortunately the management did not let us stay in the same room that we have to booked 2 rooms for 3 of us. It was a waste because we ended up using the one room.

Perfect location, just away from the noise that could come from the Main Street, so it was calm. Everything is walking distance, Main Street is literally 1min down the road. Amazing staff !!! People are really attentive, friendly and thoughtfulness to make your stay memorable. The room is huge ! We felt at home, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and it has everything you need inside and a nice view. There is also a room service everyday. Communication is easy with the staff prior and during the stay. Can only recommend! 😊

As some other guests notice, the towels are washed using a very strong conditioner that has a super strong unpleasant smell. Bear in mind the hotel is opposite the school so might be some noise in the morning. Don’t bother with the house restaurant, there are better places nearby. They also served breakfast only after 11am

Very spacious rooms, amazing beds. The showers were hot and with good water pressure. A/C works very well. Last but not least; the staff is super super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Labuan Bajo!

Especially the people at the reception are very friendly, make you feel very welcome and help you with everything you need. The rooms are big with comfortable beds, fridge and balcony. Well located in the center, you can reach the Main Street, shops, restaurants and the Harbour by foot.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, it really felt like we were in our own home. Check in was very simple and the location is not too far from the centre. There is also an amazing Italian restaurant located at the property.
