Beutiful rooms with very nice pool, very clean, comfortable, the small fridge was very handy too. Breakfast was good and staff including the owner was always there to answer any questions. They are very nice people. I actually canceled my trip to Sanur at the end of my Bali trip and will return here instead.

overall an okay hotel for three nights, but the staff in the restaurant were not very friendly, when we came for breakfast, it was not included in the room, but we said that we would pay for it, it seems that they did not look at us very well. prices in the restaurant are expensive

The hot water in the shower ran out quite quickly. It was sufficient for a medium length shower, but not a long one and if you wanted to take two consecutive showers, they would have to be sort to be warm for the second person. The bed was creaky.

It was located near the Nusa Dua beach, which was great for swimming. It was off the main road, so it was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

- When we received our room, the bathroom was not very clean, so we did our cleaning and did not let the cleaner inside during our stay. We' ve been to Bali before ( before de pandemic, but during low season, as well) and we were so amazed to see very clean accommodations in all different 4 locations we stayed in ( all budget acc, at around 30$ per night). Now we were disappointed. Maybe they will hire better cleaners during high season, but now, the cleaning is done by an old lady and another older guy who probably don't know how to properly clean a room / bathroom or maybe they can't do it. There were a lot of spider webs, dead insects and hair on the floor, in the sink and on the walls. The area was not very clean either. We were very disappointed to see a lot of trash/ garbage everywhere on the streets, on the beach and in court yards, almost everywhere in Nusa Dua and Kuta - things we didn't see 7 years ago.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big room, comfortable bed, good aircon, nice sitting area. Very good breakfast, but only 2 choices ... so, if you stay 7 days ( like we did) it's quite boring. Quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool.

The kettle should be in the room or in the common area like on the pictures. There also should be sign in common area about smoking. People smoke during breakfast and that gross.

The only downside was that the guest house did not offer any food or drinks (apart from breakfast and beers). But I have to say there is a small shop next door and a few restaurants around.

The staff was incredibly nice, and I saw them spending hours on cleaning the rooms to make sure they were perfectly clean for next customers. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, AC, TV and a wardrobe. The bathroom was quite large as well. The location is away from the noise and really quiet. The pool is fairly small but so is the guest house so chances are you'll have the pool for yourself. All in all everything was comfortable.

I think you need to add towel hooks in the bathroom and put directly hairdryer in the room , so we do not need to ask about it anymore.

I loved my stay at Kubu Benoa Guesthouse, room was great, bed was comfy, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Honestly nothing negative to say about this place, I definitely recommend.

Very nice little accommodation. Comfortable room, good breakfast, nice pool. The staff was amazing! They were like Ninjas, never saw them but everything was always done and organized. Will come again!

At times, the bathroom would smell (sewerage), however, this would not deter me in staying again. Location was an issue as there was not a huge variety of restaurants nearby. We had to taxi it to restaurants of our choice.

Rooms were big. Bed was huge and comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well. Pool was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was served to us every morning at the front of our room. Big bathroom.
