the owner was so lovely and creating us after a long flight was such warm welcoming to bali! the room was immaculately clean, looked just like the photos. was also a great location for whatever u are planning on doing in seminyak i would definitely recommend and will come back if ever in seminyak again!!

Sometimes difficult ti find staff to check in but can always go round the corner to the deuma shop and the staff there know the owners and are helpful

Comfortable spacious room, good size bathroom, about 15-20 minute walk to the beach so quiet at night but close enough walk to places. Luckily when we returned to seminyak we were able to rebook this place!

The check in could have been smoother, as there was no reception and we had to make a phone call to get the room keys.

Very comfortable and clean. The room was cleaned every day and the WC was good, providing towels, and shower gel. AC worked fine and the facilities were nice.

If it would be for a long stay, the steep stairs to get to the rooms might be a bit annoying, and not having breakfast and a pool might also be a downside. Other than these details, it’s a good place for the price you pay. I didn’t stay there longer than 15h so I can’t point out any issues or to be wowed by anything either.

I booked this for only an overnight as I had a plane to catch the next morning. It is pretty fine. Good size room, comfortable bed, air con does a good job, shower is very good! Location is great as it is close to good restaurants and things to do…

As mentioned in other reviews, checking in was slightly confusing since there is no reception.

Our stay here was extremely comfortable. The rooms are neat and clean. The rooms have new furniture as well. The location is great, surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants. The highlight was the spacious balcony, offering a wonderful place to relax. Overall, a highly recommended stay.

My booking should have came with a balcony but I got one without. It was nice and clean, so I made do. Also, my room was located along the hallway, with sliding glass doors so for privacy, you'll have to shut the curtains all the time, which means I don't get any natural daylight which I would've loved.

Lovely clean and cosy room. Powerful AC, great shower pressure. Provides shower gel and shampoo but if you require anything else, you can always get from De Uma Mart downstairs! Seminyak beach just approx. 3mins ride away, warungs and nightlife nearby.

The bathrooms make noise at night, although we weren’t sure where exactly it came from. There was no elevator, but the staff was so kind and helped us bring our luggage up. The closest beach is a 20min walk, and there isn’t much going on at this particular area, so be prepared to walk or taxi to town.

The staff was brilliant from the start! They helped with our luggage, gave us a number to call in case of emergency and we got our rooms cleaned daily. The location is quite good to get to different place as it’s easy and quick to get taxi to all parts of town.

Generally, nothing much to complain about the only thing would be there are no lifts so travelers with big pieces of luggage will have to carry them upstairs.

Love the convenient location of which the famous Jl. Raya Seminyak is just a corner away! And the best part is without the noise and buzz of the busy streets!

Figuring out how to close the doors, but that's minor. The toilet-shower water pressure is really high when the humming noise in the bathroom changes tone. I assume that the water pump turns on every now and then. When it does it's better not to use a water cutter for cleaning your behind.

A little overpriced for a basic room with no fridge. I noticed some rooms had one so perhaps you should ask for one upon booking. No place for hanging wet beach towels and bathing suits. A clothes rack would help.

The sliding doors to the room were a little hard to open/close/lock. The water pipes would make noise occasionally when others used the water. There was often a delay in getting a heavy stream of water out in the sink/shower.

They didn't have a toothbrush + toothpaste, but I had my own. Everything else was great.

The location is very great, 15 mins walk from Seminyak Beach. From the balcony, there is a great view of Seminyak. The staff was very kind and the room was clean and nice.
