I only had one small issue and that was the hard bed, just a simple mattress topper would make this hotel perfect.

There was so much to love about this small, intimate, boutique hotel. The staff, the rooms, the food, the decor, the pool and most of all the ambiance. Well done to the owners and the staff

Everything was exceptional, such a beautiful boutique resort. The property was down a small gang off the main jalan/street. However a 5 minute walk got you to the main street and there were resturants and shops near by. If your not up to walking then this can be overcome by getting a blue bird taxi AUD $3.00 or about IDR 30,000 would get you up and down Pratama Street.

Check in was easy. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Our room was beautiful, gorgeous decor, a comfy bed and it was so lovely to have an semi outdoor shower, This resort is a hidden gem. it exceded our expectations. It is ideally suited for couples. In fact we felt like we were on our honeymoon and we had our own private retreat. The gardens and pool are exceptional. What a beautiful place. Exceptional value you for money. Having the restaurant on site was amazing. Our meals were superb and breafast was included. Love, love, this beautiful property and it's amazing staff.

Nothing to dislike. Eveything is top drawer. Great place. Great atmosphere & such a lovely family & staff.

The hotel itself is set in beautiful gardens, a 2 minute walk off the main road. The staff are so friendly & very attentive. Fantastcc pool area off the bar & dining area 5 minutes walk to beach Not surprised so many of the guests are repeat visitors Garden is absolutely stunning & so well maintained Food was so good, well presented & very inexpensive

The beds are a little hard for my liking and the walk into the villa might be a bit secluded, but overall the villa has a safe and comfortable environment.

The property is beautiful and the vibes of the place makes it an ideal place to relax. There are only 10 rooms so there aren't many guests crowding around the public areas at any one time. The poolside is a great place to lounge around, with cute birds visiting the pool occasionally. Breakfast is great and there's a good selection so we don't get sick out the same menu. The villa is a short walk away from the main road with great food options nearby, as well as a pharmacy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly too. Laundry service is available and was a huge help.

A couple of early mornings there were some local children shouting very loudly right behind my room. But otherwise peaceful and quiet and a very relaxing place to be.

What a relaxing, beautiful place to stay. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. It really felt like home. Rooms were clean, tidy and generous. The semi- outdoor shower was a bonus. Prices for lunches, dinners or drinks were great value too. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

There's always something but we are happy to say that as long as the issue is resolved at first point than nothing matters.

Liked the location and the resort was absolutely beutiful very peaceful and calm atmosphere. Loved the breakfast so much choice and well made. The manager was very kind and helpful made sure everything is up-to-date and we are comfortable.
