Tiny things could be better maintained. In our 2 bedroom villa we had a key to the garden gate and then another for our bedroom door which opened into the garden. We couldn't get the key out of the lock on our first night - this was promptly fixed the next day but the doors can be pulled apart a bit - not he safest lock. However, they do have safety cameras in all public areas and on the walls so we did feel secure. The property is a fair walk down a narrow alley / street from the main road. While we never felt insecure, I wouldn't have wanted to walk it alone. Driving it was an experience! Note that the living room / kitchen doesn't have a door - one "wall" is simply open into the garden (but there's a shade you can pull down for shelter from the sun) - didn't bother us but it was interesting.

Gorgeous property, pools and decorations are beautiful - I loved the little cabana on the lawn of our villa. There was a water dispenser in our common room - very handy. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing, and the cocktails very good. We loved staying in and getting room service on one of our nights there. The staff were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

We were given a standard room next door. Website has no standard rooms only a delux room and a villa. The confirmation says standard room after we paid for a delux room. We would have preferred to have been in one of the main rooms . Only response from reception was that they would tell management.

Bed was a bit hard and room was missing a chair.Sitting on the bed is not practical.

We appreciated the new modern layout with individual rooms having views on the beautiful swimming pool and immaculate gardens. Staff always polite and smiling.

Kubu garden suites and villas is nothing but super AMAZING, we stayed in the deluxe suite it was so clean, one of the cleanest places me and my fiancé have ever stayed in and such beautifully decorated. The pool was beautiful and the food is next level, we ate there everyday throughout our stay. Last but not least all the staff are amazing we were treated like family. If you are looking for a nice relaxing holiday this is your go to We will defiantly be back 😊🥰

I could not fault the villa at all. Just something to be aware of if you're new to Bali, Nusa Dua itself is an area that is better for relaxing, going to the beach or doing water sports. This area is also a little more expensive than the rest of Bali and there isn't a lot of markets. I do wish I had stayed here last instead of first.

We stayed in the deluxe room and it was exceptionally clean. It is one of the cleanest places I've stayed in, well decorated and spacious. The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. It was very quiet and peaceful. Good value for money and we enjoyed the cooked breakfast option Included with as many coffees we needed. There was a good range of things to watch on TV. Huge bathroom and comfortable bed. The pool was right outside our room.

Firstly, I found the pool hours, opening at 8:00 AM and closing at 8:00 PM, to be quite restrictive. Extending these hours could offer more flexibility for guests.Additionally, I felt that the prices for food and beverages in the restaurant were too high. Considering the quality and service, a review of your pricing strategy might be beneficial.I also encountered long booking times for yoga and massage services, which could be streamlined to better accommodate guest schedules.The breakfast was satisfactory; however, after a few days, the lack of variety became noticeable. Introducing more options could enhance the morning experience for your guests.As for the location, while it was somewhat far from the center, traveling by scooter was convenient and the route was quite scenic, which was enjoyable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of the area which greatly contributed to a relaxing experience. The pool was lovely, and the room impressed me with its spacious and bright layout, including its own private entrance. The overall appearance of the hotel was also very appealing.

We arrived at night and in the morning woke up to a beautiful view from our room. Kadek and her staff was very helpful. Would of been nice to have a kettle in the room. It's a 5 minute walk to the main road. The local beach isn't Nusa Dua beach.

The best location (only 10 minutes by motorbike to the best beach Nusa Dua), very quite and private, new facilities, very delicious cuisine (local&international) for democratic prises, the best staff like your own family and the pool (nice, relaxing and clean)! Only compliments!!

Location - as a solo traveller if I were to be staying for longer than one night it’s quite far down some twist and turn back streets.

Its by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed in and was a beautiful room and setting. Very accommodating. I stayed to be closer to the boat harbour for the Gili Islands. It was further away than I thought but overall not expensive in a car.
