Close to everything and hidden back from the noise. Two nice pools. One is a shallow kiddies pool.

The bathroom we had was terrible. Whole bathroom flooded while having a shower due to the drain being in the other side of the toilet. Toilet would also get covered in water. Toilet didn’t flush well. I stayed last year and the bathroom I had was very nice

The hotel is small, which suits us well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good. The grounds are beautiful, and the pool was great. Many of the guests were returning and/or regulars .

Our bathroom wasn’t upgraded and there was no bench in bathroom. The pool could have been cleaner.

I like that the hotel is not a big modern place. It is smallish and traditional. The staff are lovely. Rooms are large. Most have upgraded bathrooms.

Toilet in our room didn’t flush properly. Had to hold the button down for around a minute to get the paper to go down. Reported it every day but still the same when we left. Bali time for repairs😂

We almost always spend some time at Kusnadi. Great place especially for people who want a quiet and friendly place to stay. Has been renovated recently. Basic but clean rooms. Great air conditioning. Friendly staff. Lock boxes available in a room off the office. I’ve never had anything go missing from this hotel. Usually mostly older people staying who are happy to have a chat in the pool. Great atmosphere. Over the road from Sugar Rays and a couple of doors to Chapter 2. Tommy’s is only a few doors away too. Circle K too. Two blocks from the beach. Can’t comment on the food from the restaurant as we didn’t eat there.

I initially thought that the cleaners had forgotten to clean sand from in and around the bath tub so cleaned it up myself only to find that it returned. I think it must have come from the ceiling 🤷🏻‍♀️. The waiting staff although they greeted us seemed disinterested in offering good service to everyone.

The setting was excellent with the gardeners doing a superb job. They actually did the cleaning & maintenance also. The swimming pool was beautiful. The restaurant at the front of the property was well situated with the local dishes being great value & delicious.

There are renovations going on at this hotel, this didn’t bother us. It may bother some people. We were in the family room that has not been renovated. It is basic but clean. We were very happy with our room. You do go to sleep at night listening to the music of surrounding restaurants. If you like it quiet maybe not the place for you.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The gardens are beautifully kept and swimming pool perfect. Great location, easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Buffet food was unfortunately cold both mornings, there was a bit of background noise (not due to the hotel, but likely the restaurant across the road), barfridge was quite loud

Toilet unpredictable flush in room 206 2 flights of stairs to negotiate to get to our room.( we are aged in our mid 70 s)

No PowerPoint in the bathroom and nowhere to store your suitcase. Only bench space in the bathroom, no cupboard.

The location and the hotel was safe and friendly. Great vibe!
